GBHorrible website and customer support Horrible website and customer support. It’s impossible to get anyone to actually respond. From finding out the status of credits THEY issued for me on cancelled items, from finding out the status of missing items..,this company makes it impossible to get any help outside of a horrible automated system. Will never buy from this website again. Also..these products are cheaper on other sites, with far better customer support.

GBSame story as everyone else @Horrormerch, I have not initiated the CC dispute yet. Are you canceling the order and refunding as requested? If so, send me a confirmation and a refund and I'll update or delete this review. Original Review: Same story as everyone else. It's been months since my order and after I asked to cancel it 3 times, I get the vague email telling me to "refer to previous emails". I responded again and again asking to confirm cancelation and have not received a response or a refund.

GBA Forever Customer I love HorrorMerch! They always have products I can't find anywhere else, and that's what has kept me as a customer for years. As a collector of horror movie memorabilia, this site is always my first go-to when I'm needing new items to add to my collection. The website is easy to navigate, the products are top-notch and great quality (even the tshirts are great quality), everything is reasonably priced, and the customer service is friendly and helpful. I've never had a negative experience with HorrorMerch.

GBDo not order from Horrormerch! Do not order from Horrormerch! I ordered a pre-order item from their website. After not receiving it for about 5 months I was able to get a refund with a store credit. Ordered a tank top with the store credit plus a few buck on November 4th 2023 and still have not received it as of March 10th 2024. I've contacted them several times through their issues page, but haven't heard a thing. I'm sure I'll never see my money. They suck hard.
