I am familiar with how preorders work and also had checked out reviews of horrormerch and also their restock list. This was my first purchase and they definitely took care of me. I had contacted their support and it told me where to look for updates. I also received automated updates as well. In seeing these negative reviews I will say Im glad horrormerch proved them wrong. No issues with my shipment and everything was packed well. Some of these reviewers need to just stop being trolls.

Need a refund I wanted a Texas chainsaw shirt but it has been almost a month since I placed the order. I went back to see why and saw that the shirt was discontinued. So idk if I can get a refund cause I saw other shirts I want to buy
