THE WORST It has been 2 weeks since I emailed about my order that didn’t even arrive and no responde since! I have been patienly waiting for someone to response but seems like the customer service doesn’t even care. I also contacted FedEx and was advised to contact the seller. No one got back to me till this day and I spent over £200 on this order. I ordered once and definitely not going to order again. Horrible customer service think twice before you buy something. Fast response from customer service I never leave reviews but I just have to as I am so happy with their customer service. I accidentially ordered the wrong sizes so I emailed them and they responded immediately and swapped the sizes for me. They also shipped the order the same day, I couldn’t be more happy with my purchase ^_^

However, Kia reached out to me via email to solve the issue with fast responses in regards to my order. I really appreciate her reaching out to me to make sure I am a satisfied customer and took the time to understand where I was coming from. Gained life time customer. So pleased. Recently I won one of their giveaways on Tiktok. I received the set and the quality was AMAZING, I immediately set my alarm for the next drop and got both the Gasoline and Cedar sweatsuit, they are soooo nice, even better in real life. Customer service helped me pick out the right size and it turned out so well, the team is incredibly nice and helpful. I’m so pleased with the fit and quality, the quality of their sweatsuits are very very premium. Shipping was extremely fast too. I only have great things to say about them and they have now definitely gained a customer for life.

I’ve actually never seen a medium… I’ve actually never seen a medium tracksuit this big. I feel like a grandma. And i live in the US so shipping back is not an option because it’s too damn expensive. Money down the drain, I’m acc embarrassed to wear it out
