loved the items but wish they did better with packaging My bf ordered me the wynn lace up top and pants and i’ve recently received it. the quality is great. loved the clothing and it looks great on. i do recommend sizing up if you have a bigger bust since their tops are pretty tight and don’t stretch much. only reason i’m not giving 5 stars is because i was disappointed with the packaging. came in a normal brown box but i did not receive any stickers the other reviews talk about which was disappointing since i like to collect cool stickers. My clothing also didn’t have the hidden cult tag on it (only a tag that warned not to damage the item) which seems like a red flag. i’ve seen videos online of people opening their orders from HC and they usually have nice packaging so not sure why mine didn’t.

However, Kia reached out to me via email to solve the issue with fast responses in regards to my order. I really appreciate her reaching out to me to make sure I am a satisfied customer and took the time to understand where I was coming from. I can’t wait for future restocks from them because I really do love their clothing for I am a sweatsuit type of girl. Thank you again Kia!

THE WORST It has been 2 weeks since I emailed about my order that didn’t even arrive and no responde since! I have been patienly waiting for someone to response but seems like the customer service doesn’t even care. I also contacted FedEx and was advised to contact the seller. No one got back to me till this day and I spent over £200 on this order. I ordered once and definitely not going to order again. Horrible customer service think twice before you buy something. Loved the clothes Loved the clothes. The sizing is perfect too for xxs, the customer service was really responsive to my emails and helped me out a lot. I was worried I wouldn’t get the parcel but got sorted out. And I received it so quickly too. I wish the postage cost was slightly cheaper but still great service . The packaging is nice and hope you release similar terry sets soon.

order cancelled within minutes… I had my order cancelled within minutes of placing claiming my payment through my verified paypal was fraudulent/suspicious. I then messaged them asking why they had cancelled my order & told that it was fraud, only with their response being they could not send it because they had no seller protection....THROUGH PAYPAL?! I'm now also out of pocket $15 because currency exchange rates. I lost money by placing an order that I never got(might as well throw cash out the car window on a freeway), I paid $15 for the huge inconvenience, the creative bs lies and got to waste my time emailing the goofys. Don't bother buying from hidden cult, you'll only receive unprofessional insinuations, responses and a less than full refund for their stuff up with no apology.
