GBHorrible Customer service Good Afternoon,My name is jackie .My order number is 35406.My order was mark delivered to an red door when my door is beige.I contact hidden cult via email to let them know about this issue that blatantly disregards and said we can’t do anything about this and didn’t even try to open an claim.After taking matters into my own hands i open an dispute with my bank.In which i immediately received an email and text from hidden cult stating to closed it and they will issue me a brand new sweatsuit and dress.After going back and forth i closed the dispute with my bank and also sent screenshot proof .Now hidden cult have not been in contact with me about any new sweatsuit or any replacement item.I have closed the dispute so i am no longer able to open an new dispute to try and get my money back .

BENo client service, bad quality, high prices Bought clothes from HC since 2020, was always very pleased with their quality. However, I noticed this year (2023-2024) their quality got sooo bad. Bought a matching set (for €230) and noticed the fabric is waayyyy thinner than usual. I emailed them this and that I’m not pleased and wanted to return (never wore it), they never answered. However they did answer other emails from other people, even after I mailed them multiple times? Not buying from here again. It’s so typical for small businesses to start good but end up ripping you off and lowering the quality.

GBI had concerns and a problem with an… I had concerns and a problem with an order I had placed with them a couple days ago. However, Kia reached out to me via email to solve the issue with fast responses in regards to my order. I really appreciate her reaching out to me to make sure I am a satisfied customer and took the time to understand where I was coming from. I can’t wait for future restocks from them because I really do love their clothing for I am a sweatsuit type of girl. Thank you again Kia!

DEScammer, Ignorer, Baddest support ever. I received 3 out of 7 I am getting ignored. I am trying to solve this Problem over 2 weeks. Contacted paypal now. scammer, unfriendly, unprofessional, cringe edit: after 4-5 months i got my money back from PAYPAL not from them. I had to make a report at the police station... They even wont return my 16,49€ for shipping, i had to send the items back, which was their fault. BE AWARE. still getting ignored to your response. SHOW THE PICTURES I POSTED. show us all the evidence. I don’t even post anything on social media. Scammers. Stop ignoring on email. you can ignore me on email but answer me here…
