Waiting until a drop because I missed… Waiting until a drop because I missed the first one by an hour and literally got nothing. Waited until may 26, my birthday to order at 12 pm on the dot when it dropped. They took my money and canceled the order an hour later once it was all sold out in my size. All because my fiancé had bought something from shop pay recently and we share an address and it had both our names on the order so it wears canceled without them even trying to fix anything or help. Now they have me blocked from the website and it’s crashed when I get on my phone but magically my fiancé can pull the now sold out website up on his phone. How convenient now I can’t order anything at all and they took $240+ From my account and haven’t reached out or done a thing for me to help, what service Oh and they say billing address wasn’t the same but it says n for north on one and “north” on the pay page thing. It’s literally the same address for both. They also waited a whole hour to tell me my order didn’t go through so I couldn’t re buy and wouldn't even let me back on the website to try.

no customer service but good clothes i’ve written a review about them about a week ago as i had a really bad experience with customer service, payments, and contacting them. as of the emails i’ve sent to them which i referred to in my last post they still have not yet responded. the customer service just isn’t there at all and i really feel like that needs to be worked on. i’m giving them a 3 star this time because i received my order fairly quickly in about a week and it shipped out the next day after i ordered. the clothes are really good quality they are quite thick so the material is definitely worth the price. and they also gave me a pair of free lashes in my order which are also super cute. i did not have trouble with my order itself but the customer service really needs to be worked on as many customers may find this frustrating when trying to reach you because they are trying to support your business and just want help. other than that the clothes are cute

Scammer, Ignorer, Baddest support ever. I received 3 out of 7 I am getting ignored. I am trying to solve this Problem over 2 weeks. Contacted paypal now. scammer, unfriendly, unprofessional, cringe edit: after 4-5 months i got my money back from PAYPAL not from them. I had to make a report at the police station... They even wont return my 16,49€ for shipping, i had to send the items back, which was their fault. BE AWARE. still getting ignored to your response. SHOW THE PICTURES I POSTED. show us all the evidence. I don’t even post anything on social media. Scammers. Stop ignoring on email. you can ignore me on email but answer me here…

couldn’t be happier I just got my order and I’m so happy. The quality is amazing!! Customer service is great and super helpful, they helped me pick my size in the Terra set and it fits absolutely perfect and my order came in 2 days. I got a free pair or lashes in my order and the packaging is so cute! I know these pieces will last me forever because the quality is A1. Hesitated to order first due to the reviews on here but I decided to give it a try because I’ve seen all tagged customers on instagram. I had no troubles what so ever, this is honestly the first time I’ve been 100% satisfied with a brand and I shop a lot from ”instagram stores”. The bad reviews are very unfair so I had to leave mine on here. I couldn’t be happier, you definitely gained a returning customer here!

THE WORST It has been 2 weeks since I emailed about my order that didn’t even arrive and no responde since! I have been patienly waiting for someone to response but seems like the customer service doesn’t even care. I also contacted FedEx and was advised to contact the seller. No one got back to me till this day and I spent over £200 on this order. I ordered once and definitely not going to order again. Horrible customer service think twice before you buy something.
