GBWaiting until a drop because I missed… Waiting until a drop because I missed the first one by an hour and literally got nothing. Waited until may 26, my birthday to order at 12 pm on the dot when it dropped. They took my money and canceled the order an hour later once it was all sold out in my size. All because my fiancé had bought something from shop pay recently and we share an address and it had both our names on the order so it wears canceled without them even trying to fix anything or help. Now they have me blocked from the website and it’s crashed when I get on my phone but magically my fiancé can pull the now sold out website up on his phone. How convenient now I can’t order anything at all and they took $240+ From my account and haven’t reached out or done a thing for me to help, what service Oh and they say billing address wasn’t the same but it says n for north on one and “north” on the pay page thing. It’s literally the same address for both. They also waited a whole hour to tell me my order didn’t go through so I couldn’t re buy and wouldn't even let me back on the website to try.

SEFast response from customer service I never leave reviews but I just have to as I am so happy with their customer service. I accidentially ordered the wrong sizes so I emailed them and they responded immediately and swapped the sizes for me. They also shipped the order the same day, I couldn’t be more happy with my purchase ^_^

BENo client service, bad quality, high prices Bought clothes from HC since 2020, was always very pleased with their quality. However, I noticed this year (2023-2024) their quality got sooo bad. Bought a matching set (for €230) and noticed the fabric is waayyyy thinner than usual. I emailed them this and that I’m not pleased and wanted to return (never wore it), they never answered. However they did answer other emails from other people, even after I mailed them multiple times? Not buying from here again. It’s so typical for small businesses to start good but end up ripping you off and lowering the quality.

GBI’ve actually never seen a medium… I’ve actually never seen a medium tracksuit this big. I feel like a grandma. And i live in the US so shipping back is not an option because it’s too damn expensive. Money down the drain, I’m acc embarrassed to wear it out

CAno customer service but good clothes i’ve written a review about them about a week ago as i had a really bad experience with customer service, payments, and contacting them. as of the emails i’ve sent to them which i referred to in my last post they still have not yet responded. the customer service just isn’t there at all and i really feel like that needs to be worked on. i’m giving them a 3 star this time because i received my order fairly quickly in about a week and it shipped out the next day after i ordered. the clothes are really good quality they are quite thick so the material is definitely worth the price. and they also gave me a pair of free lashes in my order which are also super cute. i did not have trouble with my order itself but the customer service really needs to be worked on as many customers may find this frustrating when trying to reach you because they are trying to support your business and just want help. other than that the clothes are cute
