CAno customer service but good clothes i’ve written a review about them about a week ago as i had a really bad experience with customer service, payments, and contacting them. as of the emails i’ve sent to them which i referred to in my last post they still have not yet responded. the customer service just isn’t there at all and i really feel like that needs to be worked on. i’m giving them a 3 star this time because i received my order fairly quickly in about a week and it shipped out the next day after i ordered. the clothes are really good quality they are quite thick so the material is definitely worth the price. and they also gave me a pair of free lashes in my order which are also super cute. i did not have trouble with my order itself but the customer service really needs to be worked on as many customers may find this frustrating when trying to reach you because they are trying to support your business and just want help. other than that the clothes are cute

GBGained life time customer. So pleased. Recently I won one of their giveaways on Tiktok. I received the set and the quality was AMAZING, I immediately set my alarm for the next drop and got both the Gasoline and Cedar sweatsuit, they are soooo nice, even better in real life. Customer service helped me pick out the right size and it turned out so well, the team is incredibly nice and helpful. I’m so pleased with the fit and quality, the quality of their sweatsuits are very very premium. Shipping was extremely fast too. I only have great things to say about them and they have now definitely gained a customer for life.

GBWaiting until a drop because I missed… Waiting until a drop because I missed the first one by an hour and literally got nothing. Waited until may 26, my birthday to order at 12 pm on the dot when it dropped. They took my money and canceled the order an hour later once it was all sold out in my size. All because my fiancé had bought something from shop pay recently and we share an address and it had both our names on the order so it wears canceled without them even trying to fix anything or help. Now they have me blocked from the website and it’s crashed when I get on my phone but magically my fiancé can pull the now sold out website up on his phone. How convenient now I can’t order anything at all and they took $240+ From my account and haven’t reached out or done a thing for me to help, what service Oh and they say billing address wasn’t the same but it says n for north on one and “north” on the pay page thing. It’s literally the same address for both. They also waited a whole hour to tell me my order didn’t go through so I couldn’t re buy and wouldn't even let me back on the website to try.

GBI had concerns and a problem with an… I had concerns and a problem with an order I had placed with them a couple days ago. However, Kia reached out to me via email to solve the issue with fast responses in regards to my order. I really appreciate her reaching out to me to make sure I am a satisfied customer and took the time to understand where I was coming from. I can’t wait for future restocks from them because I really do love their clothing for I am a sweatsuit type of girl. Thank you again Kia!
