GBGained life time customer. So pleased. Recently I won one of their giveaways on Tiktok. I received the set and the quality was AMAZING, I immediately set my alarm for the next drop and got both the Gasoline and Cedar sweatsuit, they are soooo nice, even better in real life. Customer service helped me pick out the right size and it turned out so well, the team is incredibly nice and helpful. I’m so pleased with the fit and quality, the quality of their sweatsuits are very very premium. Shipping was extremely fast too. I only have great things to say about them and they have now definitely gained a customer for life.

BENo client service, bad quality, high prices Bought clothes from HC since 2020, was always very pleased with their quality. However, I noticed this year (2023-2024) their quality got sooo bad. Bought a matching set (for €230) and noticed the fabric is waayyyy thinner than usual. I emailed them this and that I’m not pleased and wanted to return (never wore it), they never answered. However they did answer other emails from other people, even after I mailed them multiple times? Not buying from here again. It’s so typical for small businesses to start good but end up ripping you off and lowering the quality.

AUorder cancelled within minutes… I had my order cancelled within minutes of placing claiming my payment through my verified paypal was fraudulent/suspicious. I then messaged them asking why they had cancelled my order & told that it was fraud, only with their response being they could not send it because they had no seller protection....THROUGH PAYPAL?! I'm now also out of pocket $15 because currency exchange rates. I lost money by placing an order that I never got(might as well throw cash out the car window on a freeway), I paid $15 for the huge inconvenience, the creative bs lies and got to waste my time emailing the goofys. Don't bother buying from hidden cult, you'll only receive unprofessional insinuations, responses and a less than full refund for their stuff up with no apology.

NLThey don’t do returns They don’t do returns! But they are obliged under European laws to return clothing. It’s not a personalised or specifically tailored piece of clothing and it it’s not a hygiene product. Don’t order here. I don’t know any company that does not accept returns, really bad…
