order cancelled within minutes… I had my order cancelled within minutes of placing claiming my payment through my verified paypal was fraudulent/suspicious. I then messaged them asking why they had cancelled my order & told that it was fraud, only with their response being they could not send it because they had no seller protection....THROUGH PAYPAL?! I'm now also out of pocket $15 because currency exchange rates. I lost money by placing an order that I never got(might as well throw cash out the car window on a freeway), I paid $15 for the huge inconvenience, the creative bs lies and got to waste my time emailing the goofys. Don't bother buying from hidden cult, you'll only receive unprofessional insinuations, responses and a less than full refund for their stuff up with no apology.

Customer service is great and super helpful, they helped me pick my size in the Terra set and it fits absolutely perfect and my order came in 2 days. I got a free pair or lashes in my order and the packaging is so cute! I know these pieces will last me forever because the quality is A1. Hesitated to order first due to the reviews on here but I decided to give it a try because I’ve seen all tagged customers on instagram. I had no troubles what so ever, this is honestly the first time I’ve been 100% satisfied with a brand and I shop a lot from ”instagram stores”.
