Gained life time customer. So pleased. Recently I won one of their giveaways on Tiktok. I received the set and the quality was AMAZING, I immediately set my alarm for the next drop and got both the Gasoline and Cedar sweatsuit, they are soooo nice, even better in real life. Customer service helped me pick out the right size and it turned out so well, the team is incredibly nice and helpful. I’m so pleased with the fit and quality, the quality of their sweatsuits are very very premium. Shipping was extremely fast too. I only have great things to say about them and they have now definitely gained a customer for life.

Horrible Customer service Good Afternoon,My name is jackie .My order number is 35406.My order was mark delivered to an red door when my door is beige.I contact hidden cult via email to let them know about this issue that blatantly disregards and said we can’t do anything about this and didn’t even try to open an claim.After taking matters into my own hands i open an dispute with my bank.In which i immediately received an email and text from hidden cult stating to closed it and they will issue me a brand new sweatsuit and dress.After going back and forth i closed the dispute with my bank and also sent screenshot proof .Now hidden cult have not been in contact with me about any new sweatsuit or any replacement item.I have closed the dispute so i am no longer able to open an new dispute to try and get my money back .

Waiting until a drop because I missed… Waiting until a drop because I missed the first one by an hour and literally got nothing. Waited until may 26, my birthday to order at 12 pm on the dot when it dropped. They took my money and canceled the order an hour later once it was all sold out in my size. All because my fiancé had bought something from shop pay recently and we share an address and it had both our names on the order so it wears canceled without them even trying to fix anything or help. Now they have me blocked from the website and it’s crashed when I get on my phone but magically my fiancé can pull the now sold out website up on his phone. How convenient now I can’t order anything at all and they took $240+ From my account and haven’t reached out or done a thing for me to help, what service Oh and they say billing address wasn’t the same but it says n for north on one and “north” on the pay page thing. It’s literally the same address for both. They also waited a whole hour to tell me my order didn’t go through so I couldn’t re buy and wouldn't even let me back on the website to try.

THE WORST It has been 2 weeks since I emailed about my order that didn’t even arrive and no responde since! I have been patienly waiting for someone to response but seems like the customer service doesn’t even care. I also contacted FedEx and was advised to contact the seller. No one got back to me till this day and I spent over £200 on this order. I ordered once and definitely not going to order again. Horrible customer service think twice before you buy something.
