THE WORST It has been 2 weeks since I emailed about my order that didn’t even arrive and no responde since! I have been patienly waiting for someone to response but seems like the customer service doesn’t even care. I also contacted FedEx and was advised to contact the seller. No one got back to me till this day and I spent over £200 on this order. I ordered once and definitely not going to order again. Horrible customer service think twice before you buy something. no customer service but good clothes i’ve written a review about them about a week ago as i had a really bad experience with customer service, payments, and contacting them. as of the emails i’ve sent to them which i referred to in my last post they still have not yet responded. the customer service just isn’t there at all and i really feel like that needs to be worked on. i’m giving them a 3 star this time because i received my order fairly quickly in about a week and it shipped out the next day after i ordered. the clothes are really good quality they are quite thick so the material is definitely worth the price. and they also gave me a pair of free lashes in my order which are also super cute. i did not have trouble with my order itself but the customer service really needs to be worked on as many customers may find this frustrating when trying to reach you because they are trying to support your business and just want help. other than that the clothes are cute

No client service, bad quality, high prices Bought clothes from HC since 2020, was always very pleased with their quality. However, I noticed this year (2023-2024) their quality got sooo bad. Bought a matching set (for €230) and noticed the fabric is waayyyy thinner than usual. I emailed them this and that I’m not pleased and wanted to return (never wore it), they never answered. However they did answer other emails from other people, even after I mailed them multiple times? Not buying from here again. It’s so typical for small businesses to start good but end up ripping you off and lowering the quality.

Very fast shipping and high quality Very fast shipping and the garment is perfect 🫶🏻 Size chart was helpful so I found the right size easily and it fits like a glove! Also got a lil gift! Very pleased and will be ordering more. Highly recommed this brand. :)
