This operation is terrible This operation is terrible. They sold me a defective remote control car and would not accept the return. They had me run numerous tests which confirmed the car was defective and took a considerable amount of my time, then told me they could send me parts to fix it in several weeks, when they are in stock. I didn’t buy the car to wait several weeks and fix it myself. Terrible customer service!

I've ordered.. I've ordered... TOO much stuff from AMain. Their prices are always pretty competitive with any other stores and their shipping is always fast. I had one issue with shipping info that never updated until the package was actually delivered, but that was the carrier's fault. My only real complaint is that they tend to have stuff out of stock pretty often, but not usually for too long. That said, when it's in stock, they have the best selection of aftermarket parts, for the RC vehicles that I own, that I've been able to find in the US. All of the places I've found more and/or different parts are in China and between the shipping prices and wait time, I'll stick with AMain.
