USFast shipping and prompt help I purchased some parts through their site for a nitro car I'm trying to get up and running. When I checked the tracking it said that the package was return to sender due to addressee not known. My parts were coming in two packages. I was able to intercept one from the post office but the other was sent back. Upon looking further into the matter I found it was shipped to my old address even though the only address I had put on the site was my new one (I had just created the account) I emailed them that evening. I got a very prompt response from hunter, apologizing for the situation. He kindly explained that because I used PayPal to make the purchase, and that whatever address was listed on PayPal was the address it was shipped to. This was no fault to them, as I hadn't updated the address. I did so immediately after. He told me he would be happy to ship the parts to my current address and had me a new tracking number to my current address by the following day. He was extremely polite, sincere, and understanding. He helped resolve the situation very quickly. I'll definitely be a repeat customer to amain because of this whole experience.

USThis operation is terrible This operation is terrible. They sold me a defective remote control car and would not accept the return. They had me run numerous tests which confirmed the car was defective and took a considerable amount of my time, then told me they could send me parts to fix it in several weeks, when they are in stock. I didn’t buy the car to wait several weeks and fix it myself. Terrible customer service!
