I don't understand why everyone is… I don't understand why everyone is leaving bad reviews. I have had no issues with shipping or anything. Matter of fact the folks I have delt with have went way above and beyond to help me. I won't buy from any other source unless I absolutely have too.

I had ordered a 1/10th scale Tekno… I had ordered a 1/10th scale Tekno short course truck, radio and accessories for my son's for Christmas. I knew I was cutting it close to make it on time for Christmas, so I contacted Amain Hobbies. I spoke to a customer service rep who was very helpful and able to cancel my order and reorder so that I could get it shipped over night. I just picked it up from the post office and everything was there no damage or anything. I can't thank Amain enough for making this happen for me and I cant wait to see my son's joy when they receive it Christmas morning! Thank you Amain, I will definitely recommend you to anyone!!

Ordered Blade Nano s3 Ordered Blade Nano s3. 2 weeks later, still no product. Customer service wouldn't give a refund. They just kept saying expected delivery tomorrow. Still no $200 helicopter iny possession.

Shipping 1 week longer for “expedited” The timeline for shipping quoted on website is way off. Was told that “it’s just an estimate”. The estimate was way way off for the “expedited” shipping I paid for. Will arrive more than 1 week later than the website suggested. If you can’t possibly match the estimate, don’t put it up on the site. I made the purchase because of the delivery, not the price. Very poor management of expectations.
