I had ordered a 1/10th scale Tekno… I had ordered a 1/10th scale Tekno short course truck, radio and accessories for my son's for Christmas. I knew I was cutting it close to make it on time for Christmas, so I contacted Amain Hobbies. I spoke to a customer service rep who was very helpful and able to cancel my order and reorder so that I could get it shipped over night. I just picked it up from the post office and everything was there no damage or anything. I can't thank Amain enough for making this happen for me and I cant wait to see my son's joy when they receive it Christmas morning! Thank you Amain, I will definitely recommend you to anyone!!

Amain is my go to supplier for RC heli… Amain is my go to supplier for RC heli parts. They have the stock and ship fast. I live Australia and buy from Amain over local suppliers as most have no clue how to support a serious RC heli flyer. I don't understand why everyone is… I don't understand why everyone is leaving bad reviews. I have had no issues with shipping or anything. Matter of fact the folks I have delt with have went way above and beyond to help me. I won't buy from any other source unless I absolutely have too.

You guys always give a delivery date…Bad times. You guys always give a delivery date that turns out to be false. You Then Email new delivery dates which are also false. The product ends up getting there 2 to 3 weeks late. And your prices are higher than the competitors. Find it impossible to redeem my points for anything useful. Had an account for over a year. No improvement.

My purchase came delivered damaged My purchase came delivered damaged. The buggy itself as well as the controller. I called to have it exchanged and they want me to return it completely, and re order which is a mess. These cost too much to have this issue.
