None better I have been ordering parts and supplies from Amain for over four years. My stuff always arrives on time and correct. Usually takes three days or less to arrive.Have had very good experience with their customer service and support. This is the best retailer out there period!!!

I've ordered.. I've ordered... TOO much stuff from AMain. Their prices are always pretty competitive with any other stores and their shipping is always fast. I had one issue with shipping info that never updated until the package was actually delivered, but that was the carrier's fault. My only real complaint is that they tend to have stuff out of stock pretty often, but not usually for too long. That said, when it's in stock, they have the best selection of aftermarket parts, for the RC vehicles that I own, that I've been able to find in the US. All of the places I've found more and/or different parts are in China and between the shipping prices and wait time, I'll stick with AMain.

Shipping 1 week longer for “expedited” The timeline for shipping quoted on website is way off. Was told that “it’s just an estimate”. The estimate was way way off for the “expedited” shipping I paid for. Will arrive more than 1 week later than the website suggested. If you can’t possibly match the estimate, don’t put it up on the site. I made the purchase because of the delivery, not the price. Very poor management of expectations.

Fast shipping and prompt help I purchased some parts through their site for a nitro car I'm trying to get up and running. When I checked the tracking it said that the package was return to sender due to addressee not known. My parts were coming in two packages. I was able to intercept one from the post office but the other was sent back. Upon looking further into the matter I found it was shipped to my old address even though the only address I had put on the site was my new one (I had just created the account) I emailed them that evening. I got a very prompt response from hunter, apologizing for the situation. He kindly explained that because I used PayPal to make the purchase, and that whatever address was listed on PayPal was the address it was shipped to. This was no fault to them, as I hadn't updated the address. I did so immediately after. He told me he would be happy to ship the parts to my current address and had me a new tracking number to my current address by the following day. He was extremely polite, sincere, and understanding. He helped resolve the situation very quickly. I'll definitely be a repeat customer to amain because of this whole experience.
