GBOrdered an item in February Ordered an item in February. Within 2 hours of ordering I emailed them to cancel order, since I ordered wrong item. Never heard back, so assumed order was canceled. Received said order first week of November. Immediately returned it, paying 30 dollars for shipping and a signature on arrival. No reply back or proof of signature. Finally got refunded today 20 dollars less than what I paid. It should not cost me 50 dollars to send something back that I cancelled the same day. Highly discourage ordering anything from this company.

GBI’d give them 5 stars except for the… I’d give them 5 stars except for the last purchase which I believed when I made, had the “free shipping over $100.” Which I’d received a few days before on another page purchase. I’m guessing because I entered the website through other than the email promo they’d sent that it is NOT a new policy, my mistake, maybe? The other loss of a star is because they are located on the east coast and I live on the west, the shipping rates seem high and it takes over a week to receive items purchased, yes, spoiled by Amazon! Hate seeing everyone else go out of business because of them however, so I do still shop directly (on occasion).

GBCustomer Service I had ordered the " Plastic Modeler's Essential Tool Set Super Value Package" a few weeks ago. The catalog description and photo shows two bottles of Plastic Welder for a total of 4oz. I received only one bottle. I called customer service but could not get the person to understand that I was missing a second bottle. I gave up but upon receiving the latest catalog, It was listed again! Please correct the catalog or give more training to the customer service folks.Thank you.

GBI wrote a poor review on Micro Mark but… I wrote a poor review on Micro Mark but want to say that they came through and made things right. Apparently, some other entity got a hold of my order and sent me unrelated useless materials. When I told Micro Mark they immediately shipped the correct item to me. I will order from them again!
