This statement is also a backup to the email requesting no further business is to be conducted between the two of us. This company preys on the elderly This company preys on the elderly. My grandfather ordered one coin and was sent 3, at $104.41/ea. We called and “their systems were down”, seems sketchy. Surprised there has not been a class action lawsuit against this predatory company, you can’t charge people for what they didn’t order. Funny enough we had sent back items before with a request to cease, however my grandpa got this invoice again. It appears others are suffering at the hands of this company, hopefully they are shut down ASAP before more grandparents are preyed upon.

fRUSTRATED IN GARLAND, TEXAS The first few orders went well. But over time I started receiving items I DID NOT ORDER. This causes big problems as I have to go to the post office and buy a special envelope to return the item(s). Granted, American Mint provides the postage label but the TIME involved is extremely frustrating. Excuse my language but "IT'S A PAIN IN THE BUTT". I currently have several items I DID NOT ORDER waiting to return them...waiting for American Mint to sent me 2 coins I DID ORDER and were not included in the original shipment. That was several weeks ago. STILL WAITING...

happy customer I am very happy with the quality and value with the coins and jewelry that I have purchased over the years and when i made a mistake in ordering they took it back no questions asked. The customer service agents online where very friendly, answered all of my questions and were very helpful in my ordering. So if you are looking for a gift or present that will be admired by the receiver gold coins will be admired and handed down forever. The only problem is collecting sales tax which is not on the mailed in form but will be corrected when there sales material is reprinted! having purchased close to a hundred coins I am a very satisfied customer, sincerly john m. bearson
