Scamming elderly Paid for a coin by credit card, it never arrived but received a bill. When I called was told the coin was sent to a PO box, operator wouldn't give me the PO Box #. I have no PO box. Thank goodness credit card company refunded ... still getting bills tho. Update: American Mint, I called customer service 4 times and got different story each time. I'm not bothering with them again.

I love the American Mint and consider… I love the American Mint and consider their PERFECT PRODUCTS as an important service to "HISTORY". However, I believe that more attention to their Billing Department must be improved. My relationship with "American Mint" goes back to 1972. Scam of "extra" coins I ordered a Trump coin in January 2021. I received it along with 2 other Presidential coins which I did not order. After requesting the return label, I sent those 2 coins back. Since then I've been getting several invoices for $148.71 although my son-in-law had called twice. They claim they got the cheap Trump coin, not the expensive Lincoln coin, which is not true because I still have the Trump coin. I demand my account to be cleared and I do not want to receive any more merchandise from American Mint.

The service they offer over the… The service they offer over the telephone is really helpful , the ladies that work the phones are very knowledgeable and try their best to help you , they are friendly , it is a pleasure to call in my order. Everyone that I have talked to has been helpful and friendly. I go on the website and view coins that I am interest in. I'm new at coin collecting so when I call in , these ladies do help me, I get mail from American Mint that keeps my interest , I get offers from other coin companies but I like the service and the people at American Mint
