Scam of "extra" coins I ordered a Trump coin in January 2021. I received it along with 2 other Presidential coins which I did not order. After requesting the return label, I sent those 2 coins back. Since then I've been getting several invoices for $148.71 although my son-in-law had called twice. They claim they got the cheap Trump coin, not the expensive Lincoln coin, which is not true because I still have the Trump coin. I demand my account to be cleared and I do not want to receive any more merchandise from American Mint.

fRUSTRATED IN GARLAND, TEXAS The first few orders went well. But over time I started receiving items I DID NOT ORDER. This causes big problems as I have to go to the post office and buy a special envelope to return the item(s). Granted, American Mint provides the postage label but the TIME involved is extremely frustrating. Excuse my language but "IT'S A PAIN IN THE BUTT". I currently have several items I DID NOT ORDER waiting to return them...waiting for American Mint to sent me 2 coins I DID ORDER and were not included in the original shipment. That was several weeks ago. STILL WAITING...

Basically you guys are great Basically you guys are great. The quality of your merchandise is very good. Only issue I have is when I purchase discounted products I have to deal with the Collectors program and you send stuff for me to review and purchase which I did not request and then I have to request refunds. Suggest you add Bowie Knives for Hispanic Confederate veterans.

Scamming elderly Paid for a coin by credit card, it never arrived but received a bill. When I called was told the coin was sent to a PO box, operator wouldn't give me the PO Box #. I have no PO box. Thank goodness credit card company refunded ... still getting bills tho. Update: American Mint, I called customer service 4 times and got different story each time. I'm not bothering with them again.

I have been with American Mint since… I have been with American Mint since March of 2014 and have had wonderful service. Although once in a while I receive the wrong coin holder, but eventually I get the right one when I complain to them that I couldn't use what they had sent to me! I have many collections and they will be left for all my children, grandchildren, great-grand children and great-great grandchildren for them to continue the collections in years to come. Keep up the great work, this is a wonderful investment!
