The customer service agents online where very friendly, answered all of my questions and were very helpful in my ordering. So if you are looking for a gift or present that will be admired by the receiver gold coins will be admired and handed down forever. The only problem is collecting sales tax which is not on the mailed in form but will be corrected when there sales material is reprinted! having purchased close to a hundred coins I am a very satisfied customer, sincerly john m. bearson

GBWell Well, You cannot access it online, they have to place orders, cancel shipments, send you a return label by phone only. They did say to me yesterday their system is down but their online platform isn't supported they said today. I had to cancel any further shipments today because what they sent me for the return label I did not order. by phone, yesterday they supposed to send me a link to obtaining a return label but they couldn't reach my email. They told it could be on their end or mine, but that sounds like blaming the consumer.

GBI have been a customer of American Mint… I have been a customer of American Mint for more than 30 years. I find their products to be of very good quality and I have purchased numerous products from them. I have been very satisfied with their service until my last purchase. My last recent purchase was a set of steamship coins. They promised a spy glass as an added free gift but what they sent was a compass instead. When I contacted customer service, I was told the spy glass item was out of stock. This was disappointing to me because I feel nobody should break a promise.

GBOverpriced goods-forced membership As many folks before - my wife liked the Commander in Chief GIG4Kart and we ordered - and were tricked onto Registered Collector status ??? The price we paid seemed high, but then we started receiving invoices for some ten times MORE money! I requested to stop our Registered Collector status, take us off the list, stop sending harassing invoices - email June 24, registered letter June24 - so far no reaction.Acc # 033304424; John Pawlowski. What more can I do?
