GBWell Well, You cannot access it online, they have to place orders, cancel shipments, send you a return label by phone only. They did say to me yesterday their system is down but their online platform isn't supported they said today. I had to cancel any further shipments today because what they sent me for the return label I did not order. by phone, yesterday they supposed to send me a link to obtaining a return label but they couldn't reach my email. They told it could be on their end or mine, but that sounds like blaming the consumer.

GBThe fine print is hard to read The fine print is hard to read . I am on a fixed income and I can't afford some of the offers . If I have some extra cash I can take advantage of some offers . When you make your brochures , please make bolder print that I would receive another coin to view . I know I am not obligated to buy a more Expensive coin. Otherwise I would have given you 5 stars .

GBhappy customer I am very happy with the quality and value with the coins and jewelry that I have purchased over the years and when i made a mistake in ordering they took it back no questions asked. The customer service agents online where very friendly, answered all of my questions and were very helpful in my ordering. So if you are looking for a gift or present that will be admired by the receiver gold coins will be admired and handed down forever. The only problem is collecting sales tax which is not on the mailed in form but will be corrected when there sales material is reprinted! having purchased close to a hundred coins I am a very satisfied customer, sincerly john m. bearson

GBScam of "extra" coins I ordered a Trump coin in January 2021. I received it along with 2 other Presidential coins which I did not order. After requesting the return label, I sent those 2 coins back. Since then I've been getting several invoices for $148.71 although my son-in-law had called twice. They claim they got the cheap Trump coin, not the expensive Lincoln coin, which is not true because I still have the Trump coin. I demand my account to be cleared and I do not want to receive any more merchandise from American Mint.
