GBI have been a customer of American Mint… I have been a customer of American Mint for more than 30 years. I find their products to be of very good quality and I have purchased numerous products from them. I have been very satisfied with their service until my last purchase. My last recent purchase was a set of steamship coins. They promised a spy glass as an added free gift but what they sent was a compass instead. When I contacted customer service, I was told the spy glass item was out of stock. This was disappointing to me because I feel nobody should break a promise.

GBI give American Mint 5 Stars I give American Mint 5 Stars. A truly wonderful organization with outstanding personnel handling accounts. The 5th star came down because my last bill pay out did not arrive to the Mint soon enough even though it departed my house the day after it arrived. I realize that Christmas postal traffic can be a problem and that mail reaching your fine Mint might not rapidly get to the office of deposits with two 3 day holiday weekends. I immediately wrote a check to you for another superior purchase and sent my proof that the tardy bill was paid. Now with Friday the day I got the notice it probably will not leave Orlando until after Monday. But, my response is in the mail.

GBScam of "extra" coins I ordered a Trump coin in January 2021. I received it along with 2 other Presidential coins which I did not order. After requesting the return label, I sent those 2 coins back. Since then I've been getting several invoices for $148.71 although my son-in-law had called twice. They claim they got the cheap Trump coin, not the expensive Lincoln coin, which is not true because I still have the Trump coin. I demand my account to be cleared and I do not want to receive any more merchandise from American Mint.

GBI have been with American Mint since… I have been with American Mint since March of 2014 and have had wonderful service. Although once in a while I receive the wrong coin holder, but eventually I get the right one when I complain to them that I couldn't use what they had sent to me! I have many collections and they will be left for all my children, grandchildren, great-grand children and great-great grandchildren for them to continue the collections in years to come. Keep up the great work, this is a wonderful investment!
