Failure to fulfil I ordered two vinyl boxed sets for my sons birthday which was May 8th One set was sent correctly, but the other contained an unrelated DVD instead of a Vinyl called Copper Blue. My direct promised to send the correct vinyl but then claimed they could not supply- so I purchased is elsewhere with no difficulty at all it. My Play Direct admitted it was their error- and offered an inadequate refund which has STILL not arrived. They are blaming my bank- but since I bank online I know they have never refunded anything. I will not give up on a matter of principle. Also- what are the terms and conditions and privacy policy I am supposed to accept ? Another cover up ?

Amazing Help. My card was stolen a few weeks ago, and I had to cancel it. My pre-order for the Halsey Signed Badlands was supposed to go on it. I contacted customer service and within a few hours Chris, an employee, sent me a private link to update my payment info. Amazing job, very satisfied from all the purchases I've made here, and I plan to make many more!

I don't know where to start I honestly think this site has been set-up as some kind of social experiment to see how much bad service people are prepared to put up with. They can't even do the most basic tasks such as cancel an order. Responses often don't bear any relation to the question you have asked. Avoid at all costs.

My Play Direct are useless I bought a Nas vinyl for Christmas. The content download did not work and on 31st January I wrote to My Play Direct requesting their assistance; it is now mid April and they have effectively done nothing to resolve the issue despite numerous chasing emails. I have paid for music which My Play Direct will not provide and appear completely unbothered by the fact that I am highly unimpressed with them. Having read message boards I know for a fact that the problem I have with my download is not an uncommon one; therefore there is simply no excuse for their conduct. I would advise that people avoid using this company.

The service cannot be topped! In all honesty, I have enjoyed more amazing service from myplaydirect/popmarket than I ever could have imagined. First, my orders arrive quickly and are very well-packaged (no damage in transit). Second, the catalog I have to pick from and the offers that are delivered daily are fantastic. Third, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, whenever there is a problem with a disk -- e.g., a bad pressing -- it is resolved IMMEDIATELY and in the best possible way: The item is replaced, satisfaction guaranteed.
