GBAmazing Help. My card was stolen a few weeks ago, and I had to cancel it. My pre-order for the Halsey Signed Badlands was supposed to go on it. I contacted customer service and within a few hours Chris, an employee, sent me a private link to update my payment info. Amazing job, very satisfied from all the purchases I've made here, and I plan to make many more!

AUProblem understood and solved Whilst attempting to download album tracks my browser programme (Firefox) locked on the first track, and thus a restart of the programme was required. When I restarted Firefox I was able to download all the subsequent tracks, but the first track was flagged as having already been downloaded. I submitted an email detailing my problem and received a prompt reply detailing a solution. Problem understood and solved with a minimum of fuss!

GBPopMarket owes me a refund - did not ship the product I bough the PopMarket July 9 Album Subscription Bundle 1. I received the 1st shipment but not the 2nd or 3rd. I worked with Kevin Rey and returned the 1st shipment sealed and am still waiting for my refund. I was told my refund was processed but after following up with them they changed to their story to "checking with the billing department" After several weeks of requesting an update they have stopped responding. Worst online transaction ever.

GBThe service cannot be topped! In all honesty, I have enjoyed more amazing service from myplaydirect/popmarket than I ever could have imagined. First, my orders arrive quickly and are very well-packaged (no damage in transit). Second, the catalog I have to pick from and the offers that are delivered daily are fantastic. Third, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, whenever there is a problem with a disk -- e.g., a bad pressing -- it is resolved IMMEDIATELY and in the best possible way: The item is replaced, satisfaction guaranteed. GBMy Play Direct are useless I bought a Nas vinyl for Christmas. The content download did not work and on 31st January I wrote to My Play Direct requesting their assistance; it is now mid April and they have effectively done nothing to resolve the issue despite numerous chasing emails. I have paid for music which My Play Direct will not provide and appear completely unbothered by the fact that I am highly unimpressed with them. Having read message boards I know for a fact that the problem I have with my download is not an uncommon one; therefore there is simply no excuse for their conduct. I would advise that people avoid using this company.
