GBCurrently not happy. Preordered an album box set to discover that they would not ship it to outside North America - that is an error on my part, yes. However. I then used the web form provided for cancellation. 24hrs later? No response whatsoever. This is £80 quid by the way, not a tenner, plus £20 shipping that they apparently don't do??? Very annoyed. Avoid.

AUProblem understood and solved Whilst attempting to download album tracks my browser programme (Firefox) locked on the first track, and thus a restart of the programme was required. When I restarted Firefox I was able to download all the subsequent tracks, but the first track was flagged as having already been downloaded. I submitted an email detailing my problem and received a prompt reply detailing a solution. Problem understood and solved with a minimum of fuss!

GBRestricted view on iPhone Using my iPhone. Survey options viewed in landscape mode best; portrait view cuts off half of buttons. At first I thought it odd top option was "Neutral" button only. Next question: 3 stars only viewable. Landscape mode showed 5 star option so I went back and corrected view on satisfaction question and finished survey in landscape view. (Also the screen didn't float to show 5 stars when in portrait view.) Thanks

I ordered a t -shirt Dog and Daryl lamp but got the dog t shirt ... Also I paid € 45 customs fee for a dog t shirt ... I contacted customer service guarantee an answer within 24 hours but I still have no answer ... I 'm disappointed because if are my christmas gifts that I expected .... I really hoped to receive my lamp in addition to a commercial gesture because if is not correct from a commercial site of this size fail to European customers because we pay expensive import ...

GBAmazing Help. My card was stolen a few weeks ago, and I had to cancel it. My pre-order for the Halsey Signed Badlands was supposed to go on it. I contacted customer service and within a few hours Chris, an employee, sent me a private link to update my payment info. Amazing job, very satisfied from all the purchases I've made here, and I plan to make many more!
