Amazing Help. My card was stolen a few weeks ago, and I had to cancel it. My pre-order for the Halsey Signed Badlands was supposed to go on it. I contacted customer service and within a few hours Chris, an employee, sent me a private link to update my payment info. Rhino Lp Issues I've had many issues with the quality of Rhino records. Many of the "new" records have come either blemished (fingerprints everywhere) and/or scratched! Also, I received 2 Joni Mitchell's "Blue" Lp's and on both they had pops on "All I Want" right when she begins to sing. This is a Rhino issue and not a Popmarket issue. Popmarket has the best customer service, responded to me quickly and refunded my money.Thanks again Popmarket (especially Kevin and Macey) for all of your help.

Avoid at all costs Pre-ordered a the 1975 rose gold necklace with the release date of the 3rd it is now the 8th with no dispatch of the item. In hopes to clarify this I had to navigate through the endless pages to get to the contact us/problems page and despite attempting to contact them over many days have not received any response nor my product.

Restricted view on iPhone Using my iPhone. Survey options viewed in landscape mode best; portrait view cuts off half of buttons. At first I thought it odd top option was "Neutral" button only. Next question: 3 stars only viewable. Landscape mode showed 5 star option so I went back and corrected view on satisfaction question and finished survey in landscape view. (Also the screen didn't float to show 5 stars when in portrait view.) Thanks

I had ordered some clothing for my … I had ordered some clothing for my little brother off the playstation store 2 whole f*cking months before christmas. I never got an email saying there shop was shutting down or anything. I eventually went to the playstation gear website to check and turns out myplay shutdown, I wonder why? (Maybe because they are f*cking thieves) This cost me a little bit over $50 (excluding shipping) and I'm pretty f*cking p*ssed. Good f*cking riddence, these money thieving crooked c*nts deserve to be shutdown.
