GBBest Customer Service Experience I Have Ever Had! After a problem from shipping, I contacted Customer Service. First Marie, who I had most of my correspondence with, then Kevin were fantastic! They replied quickly, they cared, my problem mattered to them, & they worked diligently toward resolution. My faith was restored, I even placed another order! AUProblem understood and solved Whilst attempting to download album tracks my browser programme (Firefox) locked on the first track, and thus a restart of the programme was required. When I restarted Firefox I was able to download all the subsequent tracks, but the first track was flagged as having already been downloaded. I submitted an email detailing my problem and received a prompt reply detailing a solution. Problem understood and solved with a minimum of fuss!

NLI feel scammed I ordered an album due to release september 11th and to be delivered september 11th i placed this order on the 30th of august.. Friday the 11th rolls around i check my mailbox aaand nothing same story for the next 5 days.. No message from them whatsoever so i decide to email their customer service, their anwser boiled down to check with your post office goodbye.. What postoffice?! How the hell am i supposed to know where it ships to be distributed they give 0 information and basically say good luck mate you're on your own not our problem anymore, i've since demanded my money back and as you would expect.. No response For sure the best webshop out there people really.. They really better fix this i'm not known for rolling over and taking bs like this

GBI'd give you ten out of five stars :-) I preordered One Direction's FOUR, and when the release date passed and I still hadn't received my order, I contacted myplaydirect. Not only did they respond quickly, they also gave me a free download of the entire FOUR deluxe album by way of apology! You guys are great! A massive "Thank you!" from a grateful Directioner! xx

FRdisappointed and I received more than half of my order Sorry for my english because i'm a french client... I received only half of my order ... I ordered a t -shirt Dog and Daryl lamp but got the dog t shirt ... Also I paid € 45 customs fee for a dog t shirt ... I contacted customer service guarantee an answer within 24 hours but I still have no answer ... I 'm disappointed because if are my christmas gifts that I expected .... I really hoped to receive my lamp in addition to a commercial gesture because if is not correct from a commercial site of this size fail to European customers because we pay expensive import ...
