Easily changed my shipping address for pre-ordered item I was unsure if I would be able to change the shipping address for an order I placed in Dec. for a pre-ordered album that is scheduled to ship next week (2/26/16). I sent a customer support request and was notified within 3-4 hours that my address had been successfully changed. No problem so far, and I hope to receive my package at the correct address in the coming week.

Unexpected GREAT Customer Service Macey was very quick to respond to my concern by sending a replacement Walking Dead Skull Bolo tie immediately, without a hassle or return item fiasco!!! Nice surprise based on most companies lack of Customer Service these days!!! Thank you Macey and Thank you MYPLAY DIRECT!!! I'm impressed!!!!

Currently not happy. Preordered an album box set to discover that they would not ship it to outside North America - that is an error on my part, yes. However. I then used the web form provided for cancellation. 24hrs later? No response whatsoever. This is £80 quid by the way, not a tenner, plus £20 shipping that they apparently don't do??? Very annoyed. Avoid.

disappointed and I received more than half of my order Sorry for my english because i'm a french client... I received only half of my order ... I ordered a t -shirt Dog and Daryl lamp but got the dog t shirt ... Also I paid € 45 customs fee for a dog t shirt ... I contacted customer service guarantee an answer within 24 hours but I still have no answer ... I 'm disappointed because if are my christmas gifts that I expected .... I really hoped to receive my lamp in addition to a commercial gesture because if is not correct from a commercial site of this size fail to European customers because we pay expensive import ...

The service cannot be topped! In all honesty, I have enjoyed more amazing service from myplaydirect/popmarket than I ever could have imagined. First, my orders arrive quickly and are very well-packaged (no damage in transit). Second, the catalog I have to pick from and the offers that are delivered daily are fantastic. Third, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, whenever there is a problem with a disk -- e.g., a bad pressing -- it is resolved IMMEDIATELY and in the best possible way: The item is replaced, satisfaction guaranteed. Frankly, I don't see how this kind of service can be improved upon. YOU GUYS ARE GREAT!!!! KUDOS TO YOU!!!!! Thanks! --Timothy
