GBNo way to contact company Extremely disappointed in lack of customer service. No phone number, no live chat to use. Emails don’t get answered and texts (their preferred method for help) go unanswered as well I ordered Christmas presents on Nov 15 and have not gotten any items, nor a response from reaching out last week.

GBI'm "hooked" This is without a doubt the best hobby I've picked up - and I have a long list of people I can't wait to make more woobles for. It helps calm my anxiety and makes me feel closer to my great grandmother who laid the foundations for this when I was 7. The tutorials are so helpful and clear, and the one question I couldn't find an answer to was clearly explained via email the next day. I am so happy to have found this hobby and I wouldn't be nearly as competent or confident without the woobles.

GBLeft-handed crafters rejoice! As a lefty, I’ve tried several times to learn (often from righties) how to knit or crochet with no luck. The Woobles kits have changed that! I’m finishing my 2nd Wooble and I can’t wait to start on my next one. The instructions are clear and easy to follow, and the embedded videos are well done. (There are separate videos for left-handed people, not just “do this the opposite way” that can be frustrating to figure out.) It’s nice that the projects are small, so it’s not overwhelming.

GBWoobles taught me to crochet! During the pandemic, I was looking for a new hobby and Woobles taught me how to crochet. Seriously. I’ve done a number of the kits, starting with the penguin, and have used what I learned to do other projects. I really like how the kits include everything you need, because when you are starting, all the choices at a craft store can be intimidating.
