Emails don’t get answered and texts (their preferred method for help) go unanswered as well I ordered Christmas presents on Nov 15 and have not gotten any items, nor a response from reaching out last week.

AUJust a heads up… Just a heads up…. My card was declined when I tried to purchase the Harry Potter bundle… on further investigation it looks like it was a mirror website that (thankfully) my bank had already flagged as fraudulent. Just be sure you are purchasing from the correct company.

USSuccess is Not for Everyone It looks easy and cute. I've tried several times, pulled the yarn out of sheer frustration, tried to do the tutorials (probably going on twenty+ times), had a 30-minute tutorial, and still can't get past the second step. This product is not for people who cannot spatially configure things. I learned how to ski and skateboard quicker than learning how to crochet. IKEA furniture may be easier to assemble. It's great that others had an easy time but this product is not for everyone. Just warning you.

CAThe woobles, terrible tracking and no refund on non delivered/lost product I ordered a set of the woobles for Christmas mid November. It is in the new year and they have not arrived yet. The woobles could not provide me with a tracking number. When I contacted them several times they gave me 3 different dates on when the package should arrive by to which none turned up. Asked for a refund and they have stopped replying. Terrible company
