Emails don’t get answered and texts (their preferred method for help) go unanswered as well I ordered Christmas presents on Nov 15 and have not gotten any items, nor a response from reaching out last week.

GBI love The Woobles!! The Woobles kits are perfect for both a first time and seasoned crocheter. The videos are extremely helpful! The access to one-on-one assistance is also so helpful. The staff at The Woobles want everyone to be successful with crocheting their kits. I encourage anyone interested to purchase a kit, and give it a try.

CAThe woobles, terrible tracking and no refund on non delivered/lost product I ordered a set of the woobles for Christmas mid November. It is in the new year and they have not arrived yet. The woobles could not provide me with a tracking number. When I contacted them several times they gave me 3 different dates on when the package should arrive by to which none turned up. Asked for a refund and they have stopped replying. Terrible company

GBWoobles taught me to crochet! During the pandemic, I was looking for a new hobby and Woobles taught me how to crochet. Seriously. I’ve done a number of the kits, starting with the penguin, and have used what I learned to do other projects. I really like how the kits include everything you need, because when you are starting, all the choices at a craft store can be intimidating.
