wrong type of sending and bad customer service I paid for shipping by usps express mail but they sent me by priority mail without tracking. I sent several emails but did not respond. It's my first purchase and I was very disappointed

Fast Service Ordered a few things and they arrived pretty quickly through Fed Ex. Only thing the company can do better is support more RC Helicopter gear. ie more electric motors, more kits for 500 class and up, more lipo battery selections, more helicopter accessories.😊

Outdate Website I ordered a hop-up shock kit for my Savage XL, and a few days later I received an email stating the part was on back order. My money was refunded, no big deal, right? With so many online companies out there offering the same part you would think you would offer potential customers a discount for an error on your behalf. With that being said, I ended up paying more for the same part from another site which had the part in stock. Customer ID# 1663 Order Number is 2382, placed 03/02/2013 at 10:55PM

False advertising! The HRP/ Team C website was showing a promotion on the main page. I placed an order using that promo code i got order confirmation and money was taken from my account. The next day they email me to say they have canceled my order and will not honor the promo that is running on their website. They claim the promo had ended even though it was still on the main page and the code worked. if it had truly ended my order should not have gone through and since it did they should have honored it.

HRP ION XT very poor quality. Broke after 20 minutes and keeps breaking. Bought an ION XT Maverick on 6/3/2023. Within 20 minutes broke an axle. Went back to Hobby shop where purchased and had to buy new parts. I was told they were not covered by warranty. Asked to return and was told they don't take returns on broken items. Bought a pack of axles. Within 20 minutes they both broke. This time got a warranty claim and was sent 4 axles. Installed axles, 2 minutes later driveshaft broke. Got replacement driveshaft under warranty. Installed it, not 30 seconds of run time 1 of the differential outdrives broke. Now waiting for parts again. Not even an hours run time on vehicle and it has broken 5 times. The manufacturer also refused to refund my money, was told I could only receive warranty parts. So in 90 days when the warranty is up this is going in the garbage where it belongs. This is by far is the worse RC product I have bought in 40 years. DO NOT BUY. You will get screwed like I did. If i could have left 0 stars I would have.
