GBShipping problems from poor website interface The prices here are reasonable, and would have been perfectly fine if the order had worked out. I chose the shipping option for 2-day delivery because I was in a hurry and this was one of very few sites offering the option. Two days later I received an email telling me my order was cancelled because they do not offer expedited shipping on the item in question. It would be great for future customers to simply remove that option from the drop down menu in the ordering process. Had I not been able to select the unfulfillable shipping option, I wouldn't have lost two days on the item I needed.

GBUnexpected Excellence I'd been waiting on the Tamiya P-38J release for months, and actually forgot that I'd seen it listed on HRP and asked them to inform me of its availability. Various online hobby shops, even Tamiya themselves, didn't let me know the kit was available, but HRP did, and at a low low price. I got an email saying it was in stock, and in less than a week it was delivered perfectly to my front door. I honestly expected a struggle to finally get this kit, but instead I got impressive, swift service.

GBFirst order was a breeze!! First order was a breeze. All items except for one were in stock. HRP contacted me immediately and asked whether to replace, back order or cancel the item that was unavailable. I chose to replace with similar product (tire compound). They immediately made the change and shipped the items without delay. Super smooth and easy!! Thanks HRP!!

GBWebsite very confusing I like the ease of searching, but seems every time you click on something it opens another tab on the browser, then if you close one of the old ones everything gets lost. Quite frustrating and annoying. Other than that, great prices, great service and quick shipping.

GBPurchase of parts for TT E700 V2 Parts are more costly than Hobby shops for reason, but I had a big problem with paying two to three times more for shipping of small parts even with USPS. Customer service is not available most of the time.
