Easy to Understand web site, and super fast shipping. The MammothHobbies web-site was easy to understand, and find the right products to meet my needs. I am a long time model builder and MammothHobbies allows me to take my craft to the next level. After ordering, you receive your items, virtually, before the paint dries. Outdate Website I ordered a hop-up shock kit for my Savage XL, and a few days later I received an email stating the part was on back order. My money was refunded, no big deal, right? With so many online companies out there offering the same part you would think you would offer potential customers a discount for an error on your behalf. With that being said, I ended up paying more for the same part from another site which had the part in stock. Customer ID# 1663 Order Number is 2382, placed 03/02/2013 at 10:55PM

Don't bother emailing HRP HRP sent a invalid tracking number for my recent order. Three emails to HRP (two different email addresses) all went unanswered, despite my getting the standard response that HRP will get back to me as soon as possible. Poor customer service.

Website very confusing I like the ease of searching, but seems every time you click on something it opens another tab on the browser, then if you close one of the old ones everything gets lost. Quite frustrating and annoying. Other than that, great prices, great service and quick shipping.

Love the product, hate the shipping oiptions. Now that HRP carries ThunderTiger stuff, they will definitely see more of my future business but the shipping options are strange. They wanted almost $23 to ship USPS and about $10 for Fedex. I always choose USPS so I don't have to wait for something to be dropped off at my door but not this time. USPS option was just too expensive. I got my wheels in good amount of time but I didn't like the inconvenience of watching my door all day for Fedex to arrive. Stuff gets stolen off front door steps, not from inside mail boxes. HRP needs to make USPS shipping option better priced.
