Shipping problems from poor website interface The prices here are reasonable, and would have been perfectly fine if the order had worked out. I chose the shipping option for 2-day delivery because I was in a hurry and this was one of very few sites offering the option. Two days later I received an email telling me my order was cancelled because they do not offer expedited shipping on the item in question. It would be great for future customers to simply remove that option from the drop down menu in the ordering process. Had I not been able to select the unfulfillable shipping option, I wouldn't have lost two days on the item I needed.

wrong type of sending and bad customer service I paid for shipping by usps express mail but they sent me by priority mail without tracking. I sent several emails but did not respond. It's my first purchase and I was very disappointed

No choice... I would by elsewhere if I had a choice but it seems this is the only place to buy parts for my Team C trucks that I can get shipped to Canada. Being the only place to buy you would think that all items are stocked all the time but of course this is not the case. I have been waiting over a month to see new stock on some items. Add to that that the shipping prices are completely outrageous and the shipping process takes way too long for what we are expected to pay. Unfortunate because there are a lot of good products here but I wont spend the amounts on shipping that are required.

No Customer Support. I had a lot of questions to ask when I was trying to place an order and there was no one or not even a phone number to talk to a person. I will not order from this place ever again. Customer Service is and should be number one with any company unless their trying to hide something.

Love the product, hate the shipping oiptions. Now that HRP carries ThunderTiger stuff, they will definitely see more of my future business but the shipping options are strange. They wanted almost $23 to ship USPS and about $10 for Fedex. I always choose USPS so I don't have to wait for something to be dropped off at my door but not this time. USPS option was just too expensive. I got my wheels in good amount of time but I didn't like the inconvenience of watching my door all day for Fedex to arrive. Stuff gets stolen off front door steps, not from inside mail boxes. HRP needs to make USPS shipping option better priced.
