best batteries i own so far, pushing my r/c monster truck to the next level. man, the shipment arrived exactly when it was supposed to which was a defnate plus. i was also blown away by the output and performance of the 7.2v 5000mah high performance battery packs for my monster truck. i'm practically untouchable now. i'm glad i chose to go with mammoth hobbies, needless to say..... i'll b back soon

Purchase of parts for TT E700 V2 Parts are more costly than Hobby shops for reason, but I had a big problem with paying two to three times more for shipping of small parts even with USPS. Customer service is not available most of the time.

No response from anyone!!!! I am not a SatisfIed customer at all. I have paid for the 3 day shipping I ordered it on June 15th they said I would get it June 21st then I had an email saying June 22nd and now I'm not supposed to get it until June 26th. This is way out of the three-day range that I paid the extra shipping for which was quite substantial also I have emails 3 times with no response back and I have also called and left voicemails with no response back. This is unacceptable

No choice... I would by elsewhere if I had a choice but it seems this is the only place to buy parts for my Team C trucks that I can get shipped to Canada. Being the only place to buy you would think that all items are stocked all the time but of course this is not the case. I have been waiting over a month to see new stock on some items. Add to that that the shipping prices are completely outrageous and the shipping process takes way too long for what we are expected to pay. Unfortunate because there are a lot of good products here but I wont spend the amounts on shipping that are required.

Stay away and save your money It seems to be very unprofessional wrong tracking number and no response to emails. Shop elsewhere even if prices are higher. This site seems to be a scam or extremely unprofessional. Stay away people
