GBDon't bother emailing HRP HRP sent a invalid tracking number for my recent order. Three emails to HRP (two different email addresses) all went unanswered, despite my getting the standard response that HRP will get back to me as soon as possible. Poor customer service.

GBPurchase of parts for TT E700 V2 Parts are more costly than Hobby shops for reason, but I had a big problem with paying two to three times more for shipping of small parts even with USPS. Customer service is not available most of the time.

GBmixed thoughts HRP has a HUGE issue keeping things in stock. This is the first time I've managed to find enough products that were in stock to make an order worthwhile, and even then, between the time I submitted the order, and the time it shipped, 2 of the products I ordered went out of stock. Real work needs to be done on keeping things in stock.

GBNo Customer Support. I had a lot of questions to ask when I was trying to place an order and there was no one or not even a phone number to talk to a person. I will not order from this place ever again. Customer Service is and should be number one with any company unless their trying to hide something.
