mixed thoughts HRP has a HUGE issue keeping things in stock. This is the first time I've managed to find enough products that were in stock to make an order worthwhile, and even then, between the time I submitted the order, and the time it shipped, 2 of the products I ordered went out of stock. Real work needs to be done on keeping things in stock.

No response from anyone!!!! I am not a SatisfIed customer at all. I have paid for the 3 day shipping I ordered it on June 15th they said I would get it June 21st then I had an email saying June 22nd and now I'm not supposed to get it until June 26th. This is way out of the three-day range that I paid the extra shipping for which was quite substantial also I have emails 3 times with no response back and I have also called and left voicemails with no response back. This is unacceptable

Don't bother emailing HRP HRP sent a invalid tracking number for my recent order. Three emails to HRP (two different email addresses) all went unanswered, despite my getting the standard response that HRP will get back to me as soon as possible. Poor customer service.

Love the product, hate the shipping oiptions. Now that HRP carries ThunderTiger stuff, they will definitely see more of my future business but the shipping options are strange. They wanted almost $23 to ship USPS and about $10 for Fedex. I always choose USPS so I don't have to wait for something to be dropped off at my door but not this time. USPS option was just too expensive. I got my wheels in good amount of time but I didn't like the inconvenience of watching my door all day for Fedex to arrive. Stuff gets stolen off front door steps, not from inside mail boxes. HRP needs to make USPS shipping option better priced.

best batteries i own so far, pushing my r/c monster truck to the next level. man, the shipment arrived exactly when it was supposed to which was a defnate plus. i was also blown away by the output and performance of the 7.2v 5000mah high performance battery packs for my monster truck. i'm practically untouchable now. i'm glad i chose to go with mammoth hobbies, needless to say..... i'll b back soon
