HRP contacted me immediately and asked whether to replace, back order or cancel the item that was unavailable. I chose to replace with similar product (tire compound). BRwrong type of sending and bad customer service I paid for shipping by usps express mail but they sent me by priority mail without tracking. I sent several emails but did not respond. It's my first purchase and I was very disappointed

GBOutdate Website I ordered a hop-up shock kit for my Savage XL, and a few days later I received an email stating the part was on back order. My money was refunded, no big deal, right? With so many online companies out there offering the same part you would think you would offer potential customers a discount for an error on your behalf. With that being said, I ended up paying more for the same part from another site which had the part in stock. Customer ID# 1663 Order Number is 2382, placed 03/02/2013 at 10:55PM
