GBFirst order was a breeze!! First order was a breeze. All items except for one were in stock. HRP contacted me immediately and asked whether to replace, back order or cancel the item that was unavailable. I chose to replace with similar product (tire compound). They immediately made the change and shipped the items without delay. Super smooth and easy!! Thanks HRP!!

CANo response from anyone!!!! I am not a SatisfIed customer at all. I have paid for the 3 day shipping I ordered it on June 15th they said I would get it June 21st then I had an email saying June 22nd and now I'm not supposed to get it until June 26th. This is way out of the three-day range that I paid the extra shipping for which was quite substantial also I have emails 3 times with no response back and I have also called and left voicemails with no response back. This is unacceptable

GBmixed thoughts HRP has a HUGE issue keeping things in stock. This is the first time I've managed to find enough products that were in stock to make an order worthwhile, and even then, between the time I submitted the order, and the time it shipped, 2 of the products I ordered went out of stock. Real work needs to be done on keeping things in stock.

BRwrong type of sending and bad customer service I paid for shipping by usps express mail but they sent me by priority mail without tracking. I sent several emails but did not respond. It's my first purchase and I was very disappointed

GBStay away and save your money It seems to be very unprofessional wrong tracking number and no response to emails. Shop elsewhere even if prices are higher. This site seems to be a scam or extremely unprofessional. Stay away people
