GBHRP ION XT very poor quality. Broke after 20 minutes and keeps breaking. Bought an ION XT Maverick on 6/3/2023. Within 20 minutes broke an axle. Went back to Hobby shop where purchased and had to buy new parts. I was told they were not covered by warranty. Asked to return and was told they don't take returns on broken items. Bought a pack of axles. Within 20 minutes they both broke. This time got a warranty claim and was sent 4 axles. Installed axles, 2 minutes later driveshaft broke. Got replacement driveshaft under warranty. Installed it, not 30 seconds of run time 1 of the differential outdrives broke. Now waiting for parts again. Not even an hours run time on vehicle and it has broken 5 times. The manufacturer also refused to refund my money, was told I could only receive warranty parts. So in 90 days when the warranty is up this is going in the garbage where it belongs. This is by far is the worse RC product I have bought in 40 years. DO NOT BUY. You will get screwed like I did. If i could have left 0 stars I would have.

GBUnexpected Excellence I'd been waiting on the Tamiya P-38J release for months, and actually forgot that I'd seen it listed on HRP and asked them to inform me of its availability. Various online hobby shops, even Tamiya themselves, didn't let me know the kit was available, but HRP did, and at a low low price. I got an email saying it was in stock, and in less than a week it was delivered perfectly to my front door. I honestly expected a struggle to finally get this kit, but instead I got impressive, swift service.

GBGreat Products, plus Fantastic Service Ordered two Savox servos. One didn't work ( it happens). Contacted customer service who replaced it without any problems. Nice to be able to talk with a person instead of hassling back & forth by e-mail like some other companies. Thanks, Stan

GBmixed thoughts HRP has a HUGE issue keeping things in stock. This is the first time I've managed to find enough products that were in stock to make an order worthwhile, and even then, between the time I submitted the order, and the time it shipped, 2 of the products I ordered went out of stock. Real work needs to be done on keeping things in stock.

CANo choice... I would by elsewhere if I had a choice but it seems this is the only place to buy parts for my Team C trucks that I can get shipped to Canada. Being the only place to buy you would think that all items are stocked all the time but of course this is not the case. I have been waiting over a month to see new stock on some items. Add to that that the shipping prices are completely outrageous and the shipping process takes way too long for what we are expected to pay. Unfortunate because there are a lot of good products here but I wont spend the amounts on shipping that are required.
