GBFirst order was a breeze!! First order was a breeze. All items except for one were in stock. HRP contacted me immediately and asked whether to replace, back order or cancel the item that was unavailable. I chose to replace with similar product (tire compound). They immediately made the change and shipped the items without delay. Super smooth and easy!! Thanks HRP!!

GBPurchase of parts for TT E700 V2 Parts are more costly than Hobby shops for reason, but I had a big problem with paying two to three times more for shipping of small parts even with USPS. Customer service is not available most of the time.

CANo response from anyone!!!! I am not a SatisfIed customer at all. I have paid for the 3 day shipping I ordered it on June 15th they said I would get it June 21st then I had an email saying June 22nd and now I'm not supposed to get it until June 26th. This is way out of the three-day range that I paid the extra shipping for which was quite substantial also I have emails 3 times with no response back and I have also called and left voicemails with no response back. This is unacceptable

GBFalse advertising! The HRP/ Team C website was showing a promotion on the main page. I placed an order using that promo code i got order confirmation and money was taken from my account. The next day they email me to say they have canceled my order and will not honor the promo that is running on their website. They claim the promo had ended even though it was still on the main page and the code worked. if it had truly ended my order should not have gone through and since it did they should have honored it.

GBGreat Products, plus Fantastic Service Ordered two Savox servos. One didn't work ( it happens). Contacted customer service who replaced it without any problems. Nice to be able to talk with a person instead of hassling back & forth by e-mail like some other companies. Thanks, Stan
