Travel Pass wasn't all we hoped but still worthwhile. Thought pass would get us into attractions without standing in lines (which wasn't the case). We probably broke even price wise, so it was worthwhile not having to purchase tickets separately. Pass did help us get organized since we sorted them first by what we wanted to see, then by area of Paris each was in ... to minimize amount of travel (we were there for six nights).

The City Case Review Buying tickets from City Case was very convenient, much better than buying them in France. We underestimated the jet lag and had a extra day or two's worth of tickets when we left. The agent's recommendation that we could haul luggage down & up subway stairs after we got off the airport bus and needed to get to our hotel near Victor Hugo's place resulted in much pain and an expensive visit to a chiropractor. Perhaps if I were 30 years younger it would have been OK. A taxi would have cost more, but would have been well worth the extra money.

I ordered Paris Pass I ordered Paris Pass. It is approaching departure date and they are impossible to contact. No phone number...live chat NEVER works. Very aggravating. I don't want to waste time inn Paris with this.. Finally contacted by Matt via email. Promised one pass by 9/29 and the other by 9/30. Neither has arrived as of 3:15pm on 9/30. Contacted by Matt again. Promised delivery on Monday October 2. Fedex came while I was away. Required signature (not my idea) so I have to drive 40 minutes to pick it up. I hope. Amazon delivery has NOT arrived as of 15:15. Ordered more than a month ago. You don't deserve the 2 stars I gave. Seriously bad service. Now, you dont respond at all. Ive paid and I get no service.

The Paris pass is excellent value from … The Paris pass is excellent value from a money & time perspective (lets you use a fast-track line in many locations). I wish I bought it earlier so I could have it mailed to me instead of picking it up at a Paris location. The convenience would have been worth the premium City Case charged when compared to the local Paris tourism office that sold the pass (which I had to go to). So four stars for City Case but it would could have been five stars.

Warning to future travelers- The City … Warning to future travelers- The City Case, INC. Over promised, under delivered. Like the other's, I canceled my purchase because of delivery time. Customer Service stated it would take 7 days from (14 Nov) to process a credit to my account. Till this day, my bank did not receive any credit from The City Case, INC.
