The Paris pass is excellent value from … The Paris pass is excellent value from a money & time perspective (lets you use a fast-track line in many locations). I wish I bought it earlier so I could have it mailed to me instead of picking it up at a Paris location. The convenience would have been worth the premium City Case charged when compared to the local Paris tourism office that sold the pass (which I had to go to). So four stars for City Case but it would could have been five stars.

You mail the passes too close to departure. We paid for our passes in early March so that seemed sufficient time before our 3/28 departure for the passes to arrive by snail mail. Our one question to you was handled efficiently. We received an email to expect the passes by 3/26 and tracking number. This indicated passes enroute in France on 3/26. I work all day in a federal government facility. We cannot receive personal FedEx. The FedEx came to my house the morning of 3/27, but needed signature. I had to be in contact with FedEx twice to ensure which facility I could collect the letter at. I had to dash between appointments after work to a facility 4 towns over from my house to pick up the letter. It made last minute hectic preparations for a trip unnecessarily stressful. Even a few days earlier would have helped.

Partly successful A month before our departure date, I ordered Oyster cards (for London public transport) from The City Case. Their email said I should expect the cards by April 11. When the cards had not arrived, I received another email, saying they would arrive by FedEx on April 18, which they did. They were not exactly the cards I had ordered (lesser value), but the company said they would post a refund to my credit card, which had not happened last time I looked. I appreciate the fact that they sent the cards on time. I guess I am partly satisfied.

The City Case stole our money and delivered nothing We bought passes from this company with the idea of visiting Paris. Unfortunately, our daughter who has a disability, could not travel for the dates we were planning. We asked the company for a refund. Matt, if this even is a real person, replied to us immediately that they will cancel the order and issue a refund. A month has passed and no refund has been issued yet. I contacted them 5 times since, just to get the same email response, we are working on the refund. This appears to be a fraudulent company. We are trying to resolve our case through Paypal right now as this is how we paid. We received no passes nor a refund. If this is not a theft and fraud, I don't know what is.

Worst Online Experience I bought Paris Museum Passes and two other items totaling $310 from the City Case on September 13th for a trip to Paris on November 8th. Two days before my trip, the company sent me an email letting me know that the items I had purchased would not be delivered on time. I requested a cancellation of the order and the company agreed to refund my money. This happened on November 6th, and my money has not been refunded to this day. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with an online company. I wouldn't recommend this site to anybody. After waiting for three weeks for my money to get reimbursed to no avail, I had to open a claim through the credit card company used to purchase passes from The City Case. Credit card company is conducting an investigation to attempt to recover my money. This company is a scam.
