From start to end empire cruises ENTIRE… From start to end empire cruises ENTIRE staff was BEYOND helpful, welcoming, understanding, professional and FUN. Me and my bf just had a birthday party for 75 of our friends and I can’t explain how well it turned out. Every single staff was so kind and helpful through the entire process. The food and drinks were EXCELLENT too !!!!!! Wish I could rate 10 stars.

Employee Appreciation Day Outing On behalf of the entire AC Elevator Family, we would like to thank Mamadou and Empire Cruises for an unforgettable 2nd Annual Employee Appreciation Day Outing! This was our second outing with Empire Cruises. In December of 2017, we did a Christmas Party outing, and we all had such a great time, we decided to try a summer outing this year. The entire empire cruises staff went above and beyond to make sure our company had an unbelievable experience. We cannot thank you enough! You cannot go wrong with booking with Empire Cruises! This most definitely will not be our last trip with them!

Excellent experience with Empire Cruises We rented the Jacana for our cruise in late June. We found the staff to be accommodating, the boat to be clean and the route to be good as well - down the East River, quite close to the Statue of Liberty, and around the World Trade Center before looping back. As a 65+ person group in their mid twenties, we enjoyed ourselves - the food and drink setup was very friendly and accommodating of a group like ours as well. It would be wise to bring an extra adaptor for the speaker system as we had trouble converting ours from the aux cord provided to a new iPhone port.

Middle School Prom Night 2019 We used Empire Cruises for the 2019 Graduation Class, Middle School Prom Celebration. Since the first call, Byron the representative, was extremely helpful and patient explaining me the different options for the small budget our small school had. The day of the event, June 14, 2019 I was in contact with Sal, the boat manager, who helped me with all the details before the students and staff arrived. During the cruise all the crew members were very helpful and attentive taking care of all us. Food and music was according to our expectations. I just have words of praise for all! Thank you for making a memorable night for the students. Most of the students are new in the country and it was the first time seeing the Statue of Liberty, or even more, riding a boat. For them it was a WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!!! Thank you to Byron, Jennifer, Manager Sal, DJ Anthony, the captain and rest of the crew, for making such a first-rate experience to us all! Keep up the good work.....

Corrupted and fraud I have been trying to contact these people for months regarding a refund. I called them and left messages. I had an event scheduled for April and I wanted a refund because of Covid. The woman I spoke to Nicole Billings promised and ensured me that were the cruise not to happen, I would get my full refund no questions asked. Now I’m being told they can’t do it. These people are the biggest scammers and Iiars I’ve ever dealt with. I will be during the company as I found out they hosted an event in again and lied about ceasing their operations. They are corrupt, rude, and disrespectful. All I wanted was a nice birthday surprise for my mother and they ruined the whole situation. I hope no one else ever deals with these people. It will be my mission to let the world know about their corruption until the matter is corrected !!
