I was ripped off $3600 when I gave a 92… I was ripped off $3600 when I gave a 92 day notice to cancel my event. I had paid in full on a credit card in January 2020 and was never refunded. They wanted to give me a credit?!!! I have every email to back my claim. This was before COVID shut down everything.

I had a wonderful experience I had a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this company. The staff was helpful, and worked with me. The dj ish and host Kelvin was really good in keeping the party going. My mom had a wonderful time. If your looking for a boat trip to go on to celenrate an occasion or just to relax with friends and family then check out Empire cruises. You won't regret it

Great experience, exceptional service Sal and his crew provided an excellent experience for my birthday party aboard the Cosmo. From first setting everything up with Edward and getting the boat set up with Sal to welcoming guests on board and making sure everyone had the bets possible time, everyone gave 100% and it showed. The food was good, the drink selection was superb, and the sights and scenery of the city were on full display in the best setting from the boat. I would definitely recommend Empire Cruises and the great people who work there for whatever your event. This was my third event with them and I know i'll be back.
