Excellent experience with Empire Cruises We rented the Jacana for our cruise in late June. We found the staff to be accommodating, the boat to be clean and the route to be good as well - down the East River, quite close to the Statue of Liberty, and around the World Trade Center before looping back. As a 65+ person group in their mid twenties, we enjoyed ourselves - the food and drink setup was very friendly and accommodating of a group like ours as well. It would be wise to bring an extra adaptor for the speaker system as we had trouble converting ours from the aux cord provided to a new iPhone port.

I was ripped off $3600 when I gave a 92… I was ripped off $3600 when I gave a 92 day notice to cancel my event. I had paid in full on a credit card in January 2020 and was never refunded. They wanted to give me a credit?!!! I have every email to back my claim. This was before COVID shut down everything.
