Awesome service Great content and a wonderful array of teachers delivering it. I've not been with jamplay.com for long, but I'm really enjoying learning with them. Any negatives? Only a couple. 1.) The android app doesn't appear to be compatible with my particular kindle. 2.) There is no way to cache videos offline for circumstances where you have no internet.

Good luck on cancellation of the… Good luck on cancellation of the account once you start. I’m still being charged a month after I cancelled my account online. I received an email confirmation stated my account was cancelled. When I tried to contact them directly, I received a automatic reply stating they would be back on Tuesday.

Tricked into free TRIAL Bought a Godin guitar with a code for free jamplay account, wasted my time activating it and was then told I had been tricked into a free TRIAL....no thanks, your emails now marked as spam

They don't replay to emails regarding the money-back-guarantee They write you emails and tell you that you have a 30days-money-back guarantee. I wrote back twice and asked kindly to get back the money because jamplay just was not right for me. They did not reply to my email for the money-back-guarantee (i wrote twice) and sent me an automated email to upsell my payment-plan instead.

lack of communication As of August 3rd, still waiting for the Phil Keaggy Master Class. Went from the end of June to the July 15 to first week of august. I totally understand yet am disappointed in the lack of communication from JamPlay on my purchase. Haven't received a single email or communication concerning delays or updates. very sad. Ready to ask for refund. On the plus side the response time for a reference number was very quick. Thank You
