Spam Once subscribed, they send you a lot of mails. If you unsubscribe, this does not work and they keep on sending. Have send many complaints about this, and they answer it takes 72 hours to unsubscribe but after 3 weeks still receiving!! Verry irritating!

Great for guitar, not great for bass. I had a one year subscription with Jamplay and found the lesson materials to be very good. The reason for only 3 stars is that I play bass, mostly, but also guitar. In order to get access to both bass and guitar lessons requires two separate subscriptions which is just ridiculous. Besides, there are loads and loads of guitar resources but not much for bass. E.G. guitar subscribers get heaps of jam tracks, bass subscribers get a few jam tracks. If you are a guitar player I would definitely recommend Jamplay, but if you play bass, or both guitar and bass, look elsewhere where one subscription gives you access to lessons for both.

Awesome service Great content and a wonderful array of teachers delivering it. I've not been with jamplay.com for long, but I'm really enjoying learning with them. Any negatives? Only a couple. 1.) The android app doesn't appear to be compatible with my particular kindle. 2.) There is no way to cache videos offline for circumstances where you have no internet.

Terrible user interface and design. Terrible user interface and design. The UI and website design is TERRIBLE. This is a website from the 2000s. Compare this to JTC or another modern online website??? It's insane. I regret paying for this and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Jamplay Review I enjoy the jamplay web site. I find the tools particularly usefull for example the scales tool box are very useful. I think that each user will get out of jamplay what they put into it. Some of the instructors are good some, not so much. I think that jamplay should add a section of instruction on how to play specific songs by catalogue. For example, offer instruction on the Eagles, Beatles, Clapton in order to ensure that each student can access those areas of concern which are important to them as individuals. Other that that, it is a great site.
