CAJamplay Review I enjoy the jamplay web site. I find the tools particularly usefull for example the scales tool box are very useful. I think that each user will get out of jamplay what they put into it. Some of the instructors are good some, not so much. I think that jamplay should add a section of instruction on how to play specific songs by catalogue. For example, offer instruction on the Eagles, Beatles, Clapton in order to ensure that each student can access those areas of concern which are important to them as individuals. Other that that, it is a great site.

GBBeware they will give you no warning… Beware they will give you no warning that they are about to debit your card each year for the full amount, whether you are using the website or not. And they will not give any refunds when you receive your credit card statement and realise what has happened.

GBJust started today but find navigation… Just started today but find navigation to next lesson not smooth. Find lesson I just went through popping up instead of advancing to next in sequence. Also, I wanted to skip the first few lessons since I was a bit more advanced ( not too advanced but somewhat) but site made this difficult. But I did like instructors teaching style.

AUGood luck on cancellation of the… Good luck on cancellation of the account once you start. I’m still being charged a month after I cancelled my account online. I received an email confirmation stated my account was cancelled. When I tried to contact them directly, I received a automatic reply stating they would be back on Tuesday.

GBGreat for guitar, not great for bass. I had a one year subscription with Jamplay and found the lesson materials to be very good. The reason for only 3 stars is that I play bass, mostly, but also guitar. In order to get access to both bass and guitar lessons requires two separate subscriptions which is just ridiculous. Besides, there are loads and loads of guitar resources but not much for bass. E.G. guitar subscribers get heaps of jam tracks, bass subscribers get a few jam tracks. If you are a guitar player I would definitely recommend Jamplay, but if you play bass, or both guitar and bass, look elsewhere where one subscription gives you access to lessons for both.
