GBScam artists- avoid at all costs Bought annual lessons for a friend for his birthday. At no time during the purchase was I informed these charges would be renewed automatically every year and my credit card charged. They list this information on a page on their site with lots of legal language allowing them to essentially bury it. As a result, I was charged 2x and they refused to give my money back. Had they informed me of this during the purchase process all of this could have been avoided, but clearly that is how they get you. They are scam artists- avoid them at all costs.

GBBeware they will give you no warning… Beware they will give you no warning that they are about to debit your card each year for the full amount, whether you are using the website or not. And they will not give any refunds when you receive your credit card statement and realise what has happened.

GBNo good for absolute beginners As an absolute beginner I found the lessons to be way too complex and kind of dull. For example in lesson 3 there might be 5 new chords with difficult finger positions, then on top of that there will be some extra concept that is mentioned only briefly. The supplemental materials are written in musical notation that does not seem to be explained anywhere on the site. The site itself feels clunky and outdated. There is no structure to the site, you just have to randomly pick a series of videos and then hope that they are kind of OK. I guess there is also a lot of overlap. Cancelling my membership was fairly easy, but I did need to speak to a person in support through their chat app.

GBSo I just signed up...the tariff was… So I just signed up...the tariff was stated at $19.95 for the month subscription. Imagine my shock to see my bank had been deducted exactly £75.22. Outrageous. Money we simply don't have to spare. Surely this is illegal? Maybe just being taken advantage of because I am foreign

AUGood luck on cancellation of the… Good luck on cancellation of the account once you start. I’m still being charged a month after I cancelled my account online. I received an email confirmation stated my account was cancelled. When I tried to contact them directly, I received a automatic reply stating they would be back on Tuesday.
