GBAwesome service Great content and a wonderful array of teachers delivering it. I've not been with jamplay.com for long, but I'm really enjoying learning with them. Any negatives? Only a couple. 1.) The android app doesn't appear to be compatible with my particular kindle. 2.) There is no way to cache videos offline for circumstances where you have no internet.

GBGreat for guitar, not great for bass. I had a one year subscription with Jamplay and found the lesson materials to be very good. The reason for only 3 stars is that I play bass, mostly, but also guitar. In order to get access to both bass and guitar lessons requires two separate subscriptions which is just ridiculous. Besides, there are loads and loads of guitar resources but not much for bass. E.G. guitar subscribers get heaps of jam tracks, bass subscribers get a few jam tracks. If you are a guitar player I would definitely recommend Jamplay, but if you play bass, or both guitar and bass, look elsewhere where one subscription gives you access to lessons for both.

AUGood luck on cancellation of the… Good luck on cancellation of the account once you start. I’m still being charged a month after I cancelled my account online. I received an email confirmation stated my account was cancelled. When I tried to contact them directly, I received a automatic reply stating they would be back on Tuesday.

GBSigned up for a membership on Nov 1 Signed up for a membership on Nov 1, 2019, and canceled on Dec 26.No refund issued and after several emails have finally been told I will still have to wait for a refund. If I had not checked my Visa statement they would have never issued a refund. I also had to provide them with a copy of the cancellation email I received before they would authorize a refund. So if I had lost this I was screwed. I would not recommend JamPlay to anyone.
