LG G8 Sound and Battery LG G8 Did take several times of loosing on the ground without damage. Sound from the speaker is MUCH better on my 3 years older LG V20. Sound from the headphones also better on the old phone, according to Tidal support LG changed their software so the quad DAC is not supported any more. Might be reinstalled in a future update, if we are lucky. WORSE is the fact that LG is making the phone unusable after 2? years, since it is dangerous and difficult to change the battery. Se "Jerryrigeverything" on YouTube dismantling the phone. This is simply not OK, and there is no reason at all it should be necessary. I do care about longevity and environment.

shattered from and back of phone and/or dual screen case I purchased the new lg v60 thinq from verizon/ The slipperiest most fragile phone I have ever owned....after 2 weeks, I happened to drop the phone about 2 feet to the floor...the back cover splintered...it held together until I got the dual screen device which is a case also. Phone functioning ok. In the new protective dual screen case while I was working in the yard, I noticed that the front of the case (more tempered glass apparently) had splintered/fractured. In less than 6 weeks since I purchased this expensive phone I have had the back and front fracture/splinter....I have NEVER had a problem with other manufacturers phones and cases.

ive bought 4 different phones and every… ive bought 4 different phones and every one was garbage , integrated apps you cant removed, i was lied to about specs on advertising poster (false advertisement is still illegal right?) my newest one headphone jack in a bad place,no music app so now i have to sit through ads for my own music , camera has no settings but is set to ad a filter like i am some 15 year old girl,,!!?? wow,,,just wow,,,,ill never buy another phone through them,,please if youre reading this reconsider.

Poor customer service Poor customer service. Spoke with one supervisor who was very rude and not helpful. LG mobile has an IP 68 rating, which means nothing because if you do drop your mobile in water, your warranty is automatically voided. No repair or replacement option at all.

At one time lg phones were just fine At one time lg phones were just fine, I preferred them to Samsung at one point but my how times change. Most recently lg phones have turned into complete crap, if a phone is somewhat difficult or confusing they usually have a way of becoming easier to use over time but my recent piece o crap is just worthless, it has an ejector seat where for no reason your instantly removed from your read or search back to where you started. I've been so tempted to smash it many times and one day... Well it's happening unless I get rid of it soon!!!
