GBLG G3 repair problems Purchased LG G3 from Argos Nov 15 with 2 years manufacture warranty. No problem until 20 months later. No touch screen. Sent to Milton Keynes for repair. 3 times service centre repaired it, new battery, reprogrammed and new board, each time same problem. Now awaiting refund department on offer amount, could take weeks / months. So far 6 weeks have passed. Hope you have better luck with your LG phone

GBLG Can You Hear Me Now? LG. piece of crap. It fails to perform the basic function of a phone--audio is distorted, so while I can hear the sound it is difficult to understand what speaker is saying. The 12 year olds who designed this phone get so caught up in the bells and whistles that they forgot to design a sound system with some bass in it!!! Sound is all treble, tinny and distorted for speakers with higher voices. Upgrades not refundable or exchangeable for other brand . Tried to exchange it for a Samsung the next day. Essentially this is an "as is" purchase " and seller did not give notice of this fact before the purchase. Going to check the Uniform Commercial Code and chat with folks at Visa.

GBshattered from and back of phone and/or dual screen case I purchased the new lg v60 thinq from verizon/ The slipperiest most fragile phone I have ever owned....after 2 weeks, I happened to drop the phone about 2 feet to the floor...the back cover splintered...it held together until I got the dual screen device which is a case also. Phone functioning ok. In the new protective dual screen case while I was working in the yard, I noticed that the front of the case (more tempered glass apparently) had splintered/fractured. In less than 6 weeks since I purchased this expensive phone I have had the back and front fracture/splinter....I have NEVER had a problem with other manufacturers phones and cases.
