GBClaims to have 2 year warranty Claims to have 2 year warranty. But gave me the run around on trying to get my phone into that program. All sorts of info needed after main application was submitted. And when i was asked to give an honest review on their products/service they deactivate email server recipeient of less than 4 star reviews. Thus you get an error message.

HUVery helpful service I had an LG phone for a couple of years without issue, and would buy another right now if they still had removable batteries. On the two occasions I contacted support, they were exceptionally polite, and went out of their way to explain the steps I needed to take to achieve my goals.

CAPhone caught fire when charging… Phone caught fire when charging overnight. Damage to my kitchen exceeded $5000. I sent the phone to LG - they said the battery had been disassembled and reassembled! We are seniors who wouldn’t know how to open the phone, let alone tamper with the battery. The only compensation I requested was our insurance deductible ($500). The worst product - if it had not been on a quartz countertop, my home would’ve burnt down. I have just referred the matter to CBC marketplace, but would appreciate any help!

GBThis is my first & last LG product This is my first LG product, and my last, ever. If they can't get a handheld appliance correct why would I buy anything else? At first I honestly thought I got a lemon, but each time I searched, I found I was not alone. The phone has so many problems I can't even list them: the same memory availability limitations Jeff mentions, connection problems, bloatware that can't be removed, menus that are different from standard search results, tech support is constantly blaming Verizon, and the list goes on. Sorry LG, but life is just too short to be frustrated by 18 sq in of technology that has the nerve to call itself a "smart" phone.
