This is my first & last LG product This is my first LG product, and my last, ever. If they can't get a handheld appliance correct why would I buy anything else? At first I honestly thought I got a lemon, but each time I searched, I found I was not alone. The phone has so many problems I can't even list them: the same memory availability limitations Jeff mentions, connection problems, bloatware that can't be removed, menus that are different from standard search results, tech support is constantly blaming Verizon, and the list goes on. Sorry LG, but life is just too short to be frustrated by 18 sq in of technology that has the nerve to call itself a "smart" phone.

LG v20 It lacks a message missed indicator led light. The light is a very convenient and helpful feature and not having it on such an expensive phone is a stupid stupid omission. Also the Indian companies they use as customer support just don't care about your problem or finding the solution. They give you false info just to shine you on.

LG V20 is a very impressive phone that … LG V20 is a very impressive phone that is very underestimated due to lack of marketing and because it hasnt been officially released in the UK. this is the only reason i didnt give 5 stars. killer features include quad dac sound, removable battery, sd card storage, amazing camera and a military grade impact resistance. dont really know what customer service is like as phone hasn't skipped a beat. very happy with it

Very helpful service I had an LG phone for a couple of years without issue, and would buy another right now if they still had removable batteries. On the two occasions I contacted support, they were exceptionally polite, and went out of their way to explain the steps I needed to take to achieve my goals.

LG Can You Hear Me Now? LG. piece of crap. It fails to perform the basic function of a phone--audio is distorted, so while I can hear the sound it is difficult to understand what speaker is saying. The 12 year olds who designed this phone get so caught up in the bells and whistles that they forgot to design a sound system with some bass in it!!! Sound is all treble, tinny and distorted for speakers with higher voices. Upgrades not refundable or exchangeable for other brand . Tried to exchange it for a Samsung the next day. Essentially this is an "as is" purchase " and seller did not give notice of this fact before the purchase. Going to check the Uniform Commercial Code and chat with folks at Visa.
