I've been a premium subscriber for years and after announcing the latest increase to £11.99 when the audio quality is the same and the mobile/desktop apps are outdated, I said no and cancelled my subscription. I will move to another provider for a better service and same price.

Exploitative monopoly One of those companies who know they can do you over pretty hard because there is no real competition.
