GBShocking dishonest customer service Shocking customer service. I actually felt like I was talking to a bot, with all the generic messages sent back to me. We wanted to do a simple name change, for the main account holder. My wife wanted to access the audio books on our duo account. However, the account needed to be in her name and myself put as a plan member. The advisor told us that we needed to cancel the account a re subscribe. Which we did, but then the price was £2 more per month. This was not shared with us. They instantly cancelled our subscription and told us after, that the price had increased. Spotify wouldn’t honour our original price subscription, as their system was unable to do a simple name change. We left Apple to save money and now Spotify is the same price. We spoke with four advisors. Sent loads of generic messages referring to helping Spotify’s platform grow. Shocking dishonest customer service!

GBDisgraceful Load of rubbish and when taken up free trial practically impossible to cancel, no reminders, so ended up paying for a month I haven't used and did not want. Shouldn't be allowed

PTSpotify. Horrible, exhausting customer care. I don't know where to begin. Put through pure torture trying to close UK account and move to portugal and on cancellation ( which i assumed needed to be timely), lost access immediately despite having paid for April. Online support messaging, was initially a BOT and then 4 assistants who may as well have been BOTs. Nothing achieved in 1.5hr so i just reconfirmed cancellation. I hadnt realised CS had got so dreadful. It's mind blowing. I can't justify resubscribing to such an arrogant, uncaring, unprofessional company.

GICancelled not paying constant increase in price! Just cancelled. had a membership for a long time but refuse to pay towards a company clearly being greedy at a time where people are struggling financially. I'll just get an old MP3 player and be retro or pay for Amazon music than a company like this. Think you can keep increasing prices and still maintain customers? Bye forever Spotify
