GBToo much spam and nonsense recomendations. Seems that every time I open the app now there is a pop-up ad for some concert I don't care about that I first have to get through before listening to my music. Bro, I just want to get to my music. What are you recommending to me? What about my playlists filled with punk rock and hiphop could possibly make you think I'm interested in Tucker Carlson podcasts?

GB£240 a year for a family subscription… £240 a year for a family subscription is too much. Price increases are happening every year now and are above the rate of inflation. An AI DJ is not worth the money, the accent of the DJ is unbearable and unable to be customised. Audiobooks can be sourced elsewhere. I don’t need to listen to a podcast on Spotify and the algorithms give me the same stuff. I can’t stop listening to an artist anymore, only remove the song from the playlist. I can’t dive into an album and pick up seamlessly when I’m listening to a playlist. I can’t remove songs from my recently played if for example I’ve been listening with a child and don’t want Disney to pop up when I’m on my own. The list is longer than this, but my score reflects how I feel. I’ve been a subscriber since the beginning and a paying subscriber since they started charging. I won’t accept another price increase in less than 12 months, and I’m undecided whether to cancel now anyway.

PTSpotify. Horrible, exhausting customer care. I don't know where to begin. Put through pure torture trying to close UK account and move to portugal and on cancellation ( which i assumed needed to be timely), lost access immediately despite having paid for April. Online support messaging, was initially a BOT and then 4 assistants who may as well have been BOTs. Nothing achieved in 1.5hr so i just reconfirmed cancellation. I hadnt realised CS had got so dreadful. It's mind blowing. I can't justify resubscribing to such an arrogant, uncaring, unprofessional company.

GICancelled not paying constant increase in price! Just cancelled. had a membership for a long time but refuse to pay towards a company clearly being greedy at a time where people are struggling financially. I'll just get an old MP3 player and be retro or pay for Amazon music than a company like this. Think you can keep increasing prices and still maintain customers? Bye forever Spotify

GBPrice increase? Subscription cancelled! I've been a premium subscriber for years and after announcing the latest increase to £11.99 when the audio quality is the same and the mobile/desktop apps are outdated, I said no and cancelled my subscription. I will move to another provider for a better service and same price.
