USTerrible customer service! Terrible customer service!! My packaged never arrived and all they told me was to try to contact USPS. I emailed them multiple times and they stopped responding. Literally wasted my money :(

USHorrible company to order from I have not once had ordered from them without an issue. Majority of the time items will never ship, often ordered will be cancelled with no notification that they're cancelled.

USHorrible Communication! Terrible customer service. It takes them several days to a week to respond to any inquiries. I recently placed an order with Deep Discount, but unfortunately, it didn't go through. The worst part is that no one from the company contacted me regarding the issue. I had to reach out to them myself to ask why my order didn't ship. That's no way to run a business! They lost a customer

FRBy far the worst shopping website ever I placed 4 different orders on Deep Discount. I had problems with literally all of them. The first two were cancelled at the last minute. The third, they shipped half of the order and it took MONTHS before getting a partial refund. The fourth, they cancelled and refunded half of the order without telling me (got a notification from PayPal), but only refunded the item they cancelled PARTIALLY. This is literally a scam. I can't believe I was dumb enough to order four times on that website, but I will definitely never do it again.

USDeep Discount should be called Deep… Deep Discount should be called Deep Disappointment. For a place that sells vinyl records you’d think they’d have some idea how to package them for shipping. If you like bent corners and split seams this is the place for you! Or if you prefer cracked CD cases, they’ve got you covered there too! I highly recommend Deep Discount for all of your Deeply Damaged music needs.
