P*ss poor communication! Refunded me with no explanation (4 days later) for the Day of the Dead Barbie Doll that they were promoting all over the internet. P*ss poor communication because i wrote them asking why the item was removed from their site the very next day. I did not receive an answer...only a refund 3 days after i wrote them...no reason given.

I'd give zero stars if possible I'd give zero stars if possible. Pre ordered a 4k limited edition of the Thing. They cancelled my order w/o any notice to me via email or updating my order history their website 45 days or so after I ordered. I had to call to find this out, they said that the manufacturer could not fulfill the order.

Deep Discount should be called Deep… Deep Discount should be called Deep Disappointment. For a place that sells vinyl records you’d think they’d have some idea how to package them for shipping. If you like bent corners and split seams this is the place for you! Or if you prefer cracked CD cases, they’ve got you covered there too!
