USI tried to cancel order only 30 minutes… I tried to cancel order only 30 minutes after ordering. I was charged $39.20. I founded the same item on Target for $17.29 + free shipping. I requested cancelation or honoring to match the price. I got nothing. From now when I see company name Deep Discount Entertainment I will avoid any purchase. They charged me almost double.

USDON'T BE FOOLED & RIPPED OFF like I… DON'T BE FOOLED & RIPPED OFF like I was!! The advertised Caligula dvd offered is not unrated (as described). IT IS NOT "UNCUT"!! The actual "UNCUT" version is 158 minutes. The one being sold as a "RIP OFF" dvd is only 105 minutes!! All the minutes that made this movie so unusual & controversial & shocking & entertaining have been cut!! I tried to cancel my order within 1 Hour of ordering, but Deep Discount is sending this terribly cut dvd anyway. I will be throwing it away. Deep Discount RIPPED ME OFF!!!

USActually impressed. My wife bought me some LPs for my birthday. She let me pick them and Deepdiscount had the best prices. They arrived promptly and were packed appropriately to prevent damage during transit. Received status reports along the way. Since then I have ordered 3 times from them and the products were consistently what I ordered and they were solidly packaged. It would seem to me that they have become more reliable with improved customer service. No complaints. Am impressed actually.

USP*ss poor communication! Refunded me with no explanation (4 days later) for the Day of the Dead Barbie Doll that they were promoting all over the internet. P*ss poor communication because i wrote them asking why the item was removed from their site the very next day. I did not receive an answer...only a refund 3 days after i wrote them...no reason given.
