By far the worst shopping website ever I placed 4 different orders on Deep Discount. I had problems with literally all of them. The first two were cancelled at the last minute. The third, they shipped half of the order and it took MONTHS before getting a partial refund. The fourth, they cancelled and refunded half of the order without telling me (got a notification from PayPal), but only refunded the item they cancelled PARTIALLY. This is literally a scam. I can't believe I was dumb enough to order four times on that website, but I will definitely never do it again.

P*ss poor communication! Refunded me with no explanation (4 days later) for the Day of the Dead Barbie Doll that they were promoting all over the internet. P*ss poor communication because i wrote them asking why the item was removed from their site the very next day. I did not receive an answer...only a refund 3 days after i wrote them...no reason given.

Dishonest & incompetent Dishonest & incompetent! Deep discount did not provide me with timely shipping info & the tracking number was not a real link like most sellers provide. The $77 dollar record gatefold album cover was damaged with the whole upper right corner bent/dropped on both sides with 5" creases. When I was trying to track the package they were bombarding me with misleading ads. instead of offering me ten dollars compassion they want me to send the album back without any promise of a refund. This company is incompetent & dishonest. They knew the album was damaged.

I tried to cancel order only 30 minutes… I tried to cancel order only 30 minutes after ordering. I was charged $39.20. I founded the same item on Target for $17.29 + free shipping. I requested cancelation or honoring to match the price. I got nothing. From now when I see company name Deep Discount Entertainment I will avoid any purchase. They charged me almost double.

Horrible company to order from I have not once had ordered from them without an issue. Majority of the time items will never ship, often ordered will be cancelled with no notification that they're cancelled.
