They were very helpful, smiled easily and were great representatives of customer service. Also, SHANDANA in customer service has always been extremely friendly and helpful. My experience with the quality of employees at BJ's Falls Church has been very favorable.

NOW I HAVE TO FILE DISPUTES W ALL 3 CREDIT BUREAUS..

BJ's has terrible credit card service BJ's has terrible credit card service. If you don't want to make a payment or check balance online, the wait time to speak with a representative exceeds 60 minutes. They also change account numbers without notice so that on-time electronic payments do not arrive by due date, which generates interest. This is a fraud practice in my state.

I was purchasing (2) 2 packs of Olay… I was purchasing (2) 2 packs of Olay Regenerist Moisturizer for $46.99 x2 = $94.00. I had two - $10.00 off 2 Olay Regenerist moisturizing creams giving me $10.00 off each 2pk. The Cashier & cashier supervisor both said I have to purchase two separate 2 packs (totaling 4 jars) Spend $94.00 to get $10.00 off. So I have to purchase the 4 jars to get $10 off. Can’t wait for Costco’s to come to Albany, NY. Won’t be renewing my membership with BJ’s
