SEBonprix customer service is a joke !!!! Bonprix customer service is a joke !!!! I ordered goods over the phone and I want to pay by card and I got approval, but then it comes via invoice. SEvery unhappy customer very unhappy customer. Returned the product and it has been like 2 months and have not git my money back. They are quick with replying but i do not think they are going refund back. Wish I could give them zero star. To all those reading the review, refrain from buying from this website. They are more like a fraud.

GBbonprix thru my eyes At first thought this was just going to be another 'larger lady mag ' styled for the older generation! !! well they proved me wrong. Now I shop regularly rather than when I 'have too' great choices great prices. Only downside is sizing isn't always same throughout the range.

ROI do not recommend buying from them I do not recommend buying from them, the items are not what they appear to be and the retours last a lifetime. They do not care about how you choose to have your money back in the fillout retour form they give you, they send it however they wish. Never buying again! Also their size guide is wrong, I measured and it has nothing to do with the actial sizes. Total dissapointment.

CHGood clothes but terrible customer experience Good clothes but terrible customer experience. Charge for shipping, charge to return. They don’t tell you how much is left to pay after you returned items. They just go the extra mile not to care about the costumer. Too bad because they have different clothes than other providers and quality wise are ok but they make your shopping experience a real pain. Welcome to 2021 people, want my money? Do a better job!!
