I do not recommend buying from them I do not recommend buying from them, the items are not what they appear to be and the retours last a lifetime. They do not care about how you choose to have your money back in the fillout retour form they give you, they send it however they wish. Never buying again! Also their size guide is wrong, I measured and it has nothing to do with the actial sizes. Total dissapointment.

Worst costumer experience, refund a Worst costumer experience, delivery and refund. The package came after 2 weeks of waiting and I'm still waiting for my refund after 15 days. Costumer experience people are robots, copy pasting messages, not really giving a crap about your issues. Avoid, not worth the teouble bc produscts are not that great either

A lovely selection of clothes A lovely selection of clothes. I can always find something i love. If i had one issue it would be that the clothes are usually quite a small fitting, especially the jeans so i usually have to order the next size up but it's not a big issue. Good value for money.

Be careful, SCAM company Be careful! SCAM company. I never received my products (they told me it was lost in the post). After many phone calls and emails with different people as nobody takes ownership I have still not received my refund. Making up excuses “your email doesn’t work”, we can’t refund your credit card”, the list is long. I have reported them and will go to court unless I receive my refund.

Ordered a Christmas present & have… Ordered a Christmas present & have continuously been told it's coming but delayed. Everytime I called I was told its being dispatched tomorrow, but all the tomorrows came & went. Now ice been sent an email telling me its out of stock even though they had plenty of stock when I ordered. Absolute waste of time dealing with these luckily I knew this would happen so I ordered an alternative from Costco.
