They don’t tell you how much is left to pay after you returned items. They just go the extra mile not to care about the costumer. Too bad because they have different clothes than other providers and quality wise are ok but they make your shopping experience a real pain. Welcome to 2021 people, want my money? Do a better job!!

very unhappy customer very unhappy customer. Returned the product and it has been like 2 months and have not git my money back. They are quick with replying but i do not think they are going refund back. Wish I could give them zero star. To all those reading the review, refrain from buying from this website. They are more like a fraud.

I do not recommend buying from them I do not recommend buying from them, the items are not what they appear to be and the retours last a lifetime. They do not care about how you choose to have your money back in the fillout retour form they give you, they send it however they wish. Never buying again! Also their size guide is wrong, I measured and it has nothing to do with the actial sizes. Total dissapointment.

Very good company I am extremely pleased with this company, my orders arrive very fast. The styles are stunning. My telephone query was quickly and efficiently answered and my refund given. Absolutely no negatives.

Copy-paste responses and zero customer care Horrible customer support. It's like talking to robots, they do not bother to read what you write (or don't have the intellectual capacity to understand it). Their return process is horrendous and god forbid they accidentally send you the wrong item, because (unlike good companies that will then take it on themselves to make it right) they make you send the item back before you can even dream of getting a refund (let alone the correct item which, spoiler alert, they don't send you automatically). Please avoid them at all costs!
