A lovely selection of clothes A lovely selection of clothes. I can always find something i love. If i had one issue it would be that the clothes are usually quite a small fitting, especially the jeans so i usually have to order the next size up but it's not a big issue. Good value for money.

Very good company I am extremely pleased with this company, my orders arrive very fast. The styles are stunning. My telephone query was quickly and efficiently answered and my refund given. Absolutely no negatives.

Made a payment to Bonprix and… Made a payment to Bonprix and accidently filled in wrong OCR/reference number. So they couldnt register my payment. Contacted them and was furious, but then noticed the number wasnt correct. So contacted them once again and told them about the issue. And they did a perfect job to correct the wrong reference number and gave the best support during the time: awesome communication, and they really wanted to help me out. Have earlier sent back clothes and there have never been any bad experience. Dont have any complaints! They are awesome!

They do not deserve one star. They… They do not deserve one star. They delivered to the wrong address a half a mile from where I live.the neighbour returned the parcel when the courier returned. Then i recived an email to say i had received my order along with a photo of my neighbours porch at her address. Trying to get them to understand it is there fault and bad customer service is beyond belief. They have my money and i have a photo of my neighbors porch.

Ordered a Christmas present & have… Ordered a Christmas present & have continuously been told it's coming but delayed. Everytime I called I was told its being dispatched tomorrow, but all the tomorrows came & went. Now ice been sent an email telling me its out of stock even though they had plenty of stock when I ordered. Absolute waste of time dealing with these luckily I knew this would happen so I ordered an alternative from Costco.
