They do not deserve one star.They… They do not deserve one star.They delivered to the wrong address a half a mile from where I live.the neighbour returned the parcel when the courier returned. Then i recived an email to say i had received my order along with a photo of my neighbours porch at her address. Trying to get them to understand it is there fault and bad customer service is beyond belief. They have my money and i have a photo of my neighbors porch.

Delivery problems I like some of their cloths as they have a lot of stuff made of cotton,but their delivery service is disgusting. I placed my first order, received part of it, the rest went awol. It's one month now since I ordered it . When I track the order - it's always next day delivery. When I complained about it - they started 'investigation' which is still not finished. It sounds like they are investigating murder. Ridiculous. Luckily I decided not to pay until I receive it. I am cancelling the order and closing my account.

bonprix thru my eyes At first thought this was just going to be another 'larger lady mag ' styled for the older generation! !! well they proved me wrong. Now I shop regularly rather than when I 'have too' great choices great prices. Only downside is sizing isn't always same throughout the range.

very unhappy customer very unhappy customer. Returned the product and it has been like 2 months and have not git my money back. They are quick with replying but i do not think they are going refund back. Wish I could give them zero star. To all those reading the review, refrain from buying from this website. They are more like a fraud.

I do not recommend buying from them I do not recommend buying from them, the items are not what they appear to be and the retours last a lifetime. They do not care about how you choose to have your money back in the fillout retour form they give you, they send it however they wish. Never buying again! Also their size guide is wrong, I measured and it has nothing to do with the actial sizes. Total dissapointment.
