GBGPS "RIP OFF" CITY BUYER BEWARE I ordered a garmin fishfinder. I then found a newer model $200 cheaper at Cabelas. I never opened the package and returned it with the label they sent me. Today they notified me that they were deducting $200 because the unit came back in a "unsellable" condition. That's funny since the damn package was never opened! I contacted customer service and was told my case was closed and to take it up with Ebay. I filed a complaint with Ebay. They sided with me and the full refund was issued. Thanks Ebay, screw you gps rip off city!!!

GBDidn't get what I ordered and I pay and wait for the return I ordered a garmin chart. I received an sd card but there was no chart on the sd card. I was told I had to return sd card, and when received they would send me a new one. I asked for expedited shipping and was refused. Company is making no effort at all to make up for a ridiculous mistake on their part. Apparently no one there cares either to send the right product in the first place or to try to speed up the return--of course I have to pay the cost of the return and based on other reviews I see, I wonder if they will claim they never got it. Terrible experience.

GBGPS CITY I received an email stating my credit card company said my address was wrong, however when I checked my credit card the transaction had already gone through. The rep stated that it was flagged by GPS CITY. The rep would not provide me with any other numbers or any information on how I could clear this up. When I went to the website and clicked on support chat the same rep was on chat as well. I felt disrespected.

CAVery poor support, questionable product origins and quality Purchased a supposedly new GPS from GPScity.ca 2 months ago. Didn't work correctly since day one and potentially was a re-manufactured or open box item. Unit stopped working completely last week. Support seemed to take pleasure in refusing to stand behind their sale and referred me to the manufacturer. Save yourself the headache and find a seller who stands behind what they sell.

GBMy package arrived postage due ($8.50) My package arrived postage due ($8.50). They offered to refund me if I went to the post office to pay the postage due. I did. Then they refused to refund me. What kind of a rinky dink outfit would anger a customer over $8.50 over an issue that should have been between USPS and the company that. Supposedly purchased the postage and tracking?
