GPS CITY I received an email stating my credit card company said my address was wrong, however when I checked my credit card the transaction had already gone through. The rep stated that it was flagged by GPS CITY. The rep would not provide me with any other numbers or any information on how I could clear this up. When I went to the website and clicked on support chat the same rep was on chat as well. I felt disrespected.

WORST STORE The most terrible service in the world, I ordered a watch for my son, at first I was inundated with requests for documents, then after 3 days I threw them off I was told that the person who should check these documents was not available at the workplace, in the end I was told that I needed to make an account paypal !! WORST STORE IN THE WORLD !!

My package arrived postage due ($8.50) My package arrived postage due ($8.50). They offered to refund me if I went to the post office to pay the postage due. I did. Then they refused to refund me. What kind of a rinky dink outfit would anger a customer over $8.50 over an issue that should have been between USPS and the company that. Supposedly purchased the postage and tracking?

I have been doing business with GPS… I have been doing business with GPS City for as long as I can remember, at least 10-15 years. They are my go to source for all things Garmin and Ram mount. The only time I go elsewhere is if I have a support issue that must be addressed by Garmin. Otherwise I turn to GPS City for all my GPS, watch and Ram Mount needs. Their service can't be beat and their responsiveness is better than 99% of other online vendors. Highly recommended.
