Didn't get what I ordered and I pay and wait for the return I ordered a garmin chart. I received an sd card but there was no chart on the sd card. I was told I had to return sd card, and when received they would send me a new one. I asked for expedited shipping and was refused. Company is making no effort at all to make up for a ridiculous mistake on their part. Apparently no one there cares either to send the right product in the first place or to try to speed up the return--of course I have to pay the cost of the return and based on other reviews I see, I wonder if they will claim they never got it. Terrible experience.

Hidden exorbitant shipping fees! I placed an order for a small, lightweight $20 item from GPSCity. It would be shipped via ground from Las Vegas to CA. At no point during the checkout process were the shipping charges clearly displayed or obvious. When the item arrived and I looked at the enclosed invoice, GPSCity had charged me $50 to ship this small, very lightweight box. Unreal! What an absolutely scumbag thing to do. If I had any indication that they were going to do this I would have never placed the transaction. Stay far away from this online store, do not place orders here. I am trying to get that money back through my CC company.

Avoid this company Buy from a reputable seller like REI or Moosejaw. They charge exorbitant restocking fees on items sent back in unopened condition even when they state they want. Claimed item was used and refuse to refund me the restocking fee. Shady business practices.

I have been doing business with GPS… I have been doing business with GPS City for as long as I can remember, at least 10-15 years. They are my go to source for all things Garmin and Ram mount. The only time I go elsewhere is if I have a support issue that must be addressed by Garmin. Otherwise I turn to GPS City for all my GPS, watch and Ram Mount needs. Their service can't be beat and their responsiveness is better than 99% of other online vendors. Highly recommended.

GPS CITY I received an email stating my credit card company said my address was wrong, however when I checked my credit card the transaction had already gone through. The rep stated that it was flagged by GPS CITY. The rep would not provide me with any other numbers or any information on how I could clear this up. When I went to the website and clicked on support chat the same rep was on chat as well. I felt disrespected.
