I have been doing business with GPS… I have been doing business with GPS City for as long as I can remember, at least 10-15 years. They are my go to source for all things Garmin and Ram mount. The only time I go elsewhere is if I have a support issue that must be addressed by Garmin. Otherwise I turn to GPS City for all my GPS, watch and Ram Mount needs. Their service can't be beat and their responsiveness is better than 99% of other online vendors. Highly recommended.

Hidden exorbitant shipping fees! I placed an order for a small, lightweight $20 item from GPSCity. It would be shipped via ground from Las Vegas to CA. At no point during the checkout process were the shipping charges clearly displayed or obvious. When the item arrived and I looked at the enclosed invoice, GPSCity had charged me $50 to ship this small, very lightweight box. Unreal! What an absolutely scumbag thing to do. If I had any indication that they were going to do this I would have never placed the transaction. Stay far away from this online store, do not place orders here. I am trying to get that money back through my CC company.

GPS CITY I received an email stating my credit card company said my address was wrong, however when I checked my credit card the transaction had already gone through. The rep stated that it was flagged by GPS CITY. The rep would not provide me with any other numbers or any information on how I could clear this up. When I went to the website and clicked on support chat the same rep was on chat as well. I felt disrespected.

I ordered or tried to order a Tripleshot transducer I ordered or tried to order a Triple shot transducer and was very explicit what I wanted... When I got the confirmation what they were shipping me was in fact this item.. When I called back to verify that this was the tripleshot the rep said it was yet when I looked up the part number on Amazon it wasnt... When the part shipped I got an email with the shipping and what shipped and again no mention of the tripleshot so again I called to verify... I was rudely told that this was my 3rd call about this and that they in fact shipped the tripleshot and the rep refuse to look up the part number to verify ... well I received the transducer and sure enough it WASNT the tripleshot as I had been asking for... So bottom line I would not recommend buying anything from GPS City for fear I wont get what I wanted and or having to deal with their customer service

Extortionate shipping costs Extortionate shipping costs Bought a ram mount for £6.00 through eBay immediately realised that the postage was going to be £34.00 so cancelled my order within 2 minutes, also emailed them to ensure the cancellation took place, they insisted on posting it out whatever and wouldn’t cancel Sent it back at cost of £10.00 only NoW I have all my money back thanks to ebay sorting it out Wouldn’t use again, ignorant towards there customers
