I visited the Boss shop at Sloane… I visited the Boss shop at Sloane square, London, today as I had accidentally ripped my Hugo Boss black jeans at the office. I was looked after by Yana who was fantastic! Excellent customer service and I left wearing a replacement pair of black Boss jeans. Lovely clean shop and friendly staff, I shall certainly be returning as I am not a huge fan of online shopping, especially returning items which don't fit or look different in real life. Thank you!

Really phucked up online customer service Do not use hugo boss online for anything! Worst customer service anywhere. They lie constantly and you never get a straight answer. I've made this mistake twice...even when you pay for expedited delivery, it doesn't reach you as promised. Don't waste your tone or money with these grifters‼️

Canary Wharf London branch Canary Wharf London branch. Visited today to return a shirt I bought yesterday and store manager was nasty and said could not give refund as it had a 10% discount applied to it which meant it no longer qualified for a refund. There is no mention of that on the receipt but she tried to humiliate me in front of other customers and point blank refused to give me refund. I pointed out that I had bought three pairs of trousers and a shirt and was a regular customer but to no avail. I literally had to argue it out with her and stood my ground and she then gave me my refund. She was nasty and never again will I buy Hugo Boss. She is not a good store manager and neither is she doing Hugo Boss any favours working there. They have lost another customer. I was appalled by the store manager's behaviour (date of visit 30/04/2023). How do these people keep their jobs???!!!!

Cheap Material on their sport range Cheap Material on their sport range. Tracksuit and tops get bobbles within a few days of use. Especially the pocket linings. Horrible quality. Good design. RRP around £100 for the bottoms not worth £40. The quality is far worse than I thought and these were purchased from their direct store. Their jumpers hold up well but if you compare their materials to Nike, Nike should be selling their clothes for hundreds..

I went into your store on Ingram Street… I went into your store on Ingram Street in the centre of Glasgow. I was threatened by a member of staff who behaved in a disgusting manner. He glared at me, trying to intimidate me and generally behaving in a threatening nasty manner. When I took my purchase to the till he raged and fumed as he put my purchase in the bag then thrust the bag at me in a threatening and angry manner. I tried to show him I was not intimidated by him or his terrible behaviour. I have been in the shop since then and he follows me around the store trying to get other members of staff to behave in an angry and threatening manner. I find it unbelievable that such an individual works in your store. Awful customer service bordering on bullying the customer. The worst service I have ever experienced. i will not be buying anymore Hugo Boss merchandise. Disgusting customer service.
