GBGood luck returning anything at all I've been trying to return a Christmas sweater since the new year. Every time I call them and ask for a simple return label, they say our team will email it to you within 5-7 business days. They give me the same run-around and say we're on it without ever doing anything and I think the people you talk to on the phone know about it and they just answer the next call and say give us a week to each customer without actually doing anything. With Amazon, you'll get a return label by the time you get off the phone. I can't see how a company as big as HB is this inefficient but obviously they are, so I won't ever purchase a product from them again.

GBCheap Material on their sport range Cheap Material on their sport range. Tracksuit and tops get bobbles within a few days of use. Especially the pocket linings. Horrible quality. Good design. RRP around £100 for the bottoms not worth £40. The quality is far worse than I thought and these were purchased from their direct store. Their jumpers hold up well but if you compare their materials to Nike, Nike should be selling their clothes for hundreds..

CAI order a gift online from England Website will be my first and last time ordering anything from Hugo boss for… I order a gift online from Canada for my friend in England for his birthday and he never received the gift. I got an email saying the Gift have been receive by someone call Mohammed which it the wrong person so I called customer service and I had the worst experience.This will be my first and last time ordering anything from Hugo boss

GBI’d like to give Hugo Boss zero stars… I’d like to give Hugo Boss zero stars but I’m not sure that’s possible. Purchased a couple of items from them. Very very poor quality. Fabric tore when I went to wore the item on the first occasion. Their ‘Customer Care’ department needs a new name. Something which contains couldn’t care less is more appropriate
