GBRipped 28 ft round winter pool cover James Turner, We purchased a high quality winter pool cover which ripped during the winter. We took pics of the torn part and sent it to them so we could get a replacement. They wrote us back and said they would not warranty it because the factory said it was not a factory defect. The rip was along the seam only. It would seem to me and others in my family that it is indeed a factory defect. I do believe that someone was educated well beyond their intelligence level. Wish I could have given them zero stars. UPDATE: As of 9/19/19, I have not heard from nor have I been in touch with your customer service team!

GByour order was here in two days your order was here in two days. I thought it would take 3 or 4 for where I live. Great timing. When I opened the bucket I would say at least one fourth or more are broken which makes it messy to open and little pieces go everywhere.

GBBought some pucks that will not… Bought some pucks that will not dissolve. Follow up: Holy smokes that was 7 months ago, Pucks still don't dissolve very fast at all. Was a struggle to keep chlorine levels up. Still would not recommend.
